M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm using viscosity grade bitumen VG-30, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chips). depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black to surface by brushing with mechanical broomer for removing caked mud etc sweeping with mechanical broomer and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to removed all loose dirt and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5Kg/10 sqm paving bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 any penetration, laid/rolled and compacted to rquired gradient and camber using power road roller complete all as directed and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using viscosity grade bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with vibromatic roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minium 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern proplled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, Titanium dioxide clacium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge as per IRC-35.

S&F solar road stud /cat eye having 3 LED's of colours red/yellow/blue/green tough pressure dia casted aluminium alloy of size 125x125mm of height 20 mm with fixing with epoxy, LED's solar cells battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable poly carbonate transparent sheet roof system workable for 3-4 (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours including removal of old unserviceable stud complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair metal delineator of superior ellipsoidal design of height 800mm, base depth 300mm duly powdered coated black pole with 3 White retro reflectors embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair cat eye dual directional reflective of tough poly carbonate of retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair road safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective and body made of ABS / Fibber / Plastic of size 80 cm dia fixed over & including 40mm bore MS pipe of 2.4 Metre length duly powder coated embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 45 cm and excavation earth work complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair Modular type speed braker / Rumbler made of sturdy plastic (ABS) material of size 250 x 350 x 50mm fixed in position as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.
