Composite item for Renovation of CC Footpath with Cover Slabs comprising demolition of existing cement concrete (1:3:6 or richer mix) including disposal within 50 m lead; providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 and reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 up to plinth level and in retaining/return walls as required; centering and shuttering with strutting, propping and removal of formwork; steel reinforcement with TMT bars Fe-500D or higher including cutting, bending and binding; 12 mm cement plaster in 1:4 mix; 40 mm thick CC flooring 1:2:4 with neat cement finish including chequered pattern where required; complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and as per the site condition. Footpath- Length 71 mtrs x 1.60 width, Toe Wall- 4.00 x 0.20 x 0.50 mtrs, Drain Wall- 195.00 x 0.20 x 0.25 mtrs and Cover Slabs - 109 Nos. (1.00 x 0.80 mtrs). Note: The work shall further include submission of calculations and detailed design drawing with the Technical Bid. The detailed drawings shall comprise plan, elevation, sections and construction details prepared as per the site conditions and shall be duly signed and vetted by a registered engineer. The entire work shall be executed complete in all respects on a lumpsum basis.
