Providing and fixing of prefabricated frangible hut and adjoining toilet (designed as per criteria mentioned in ICAO's Aerodrome Design manual (DOC- 9157) Part - 6) with all accessories of Size 8.0m X 5.0m X 3.0m (L X B X H) with center height 3.5 m for main hut and frangible hut of size 2.0m X 2.0m X 3.0m (L X B X H) with elevated height 3.5m on one side for toilet along the wall made of sandwich panel of 2mm FRP sheet and PUF insulation as a core material (40 mm thick) to meet the frangibility criteria including PVC cam lock jointing with outing nut and bolts and bottom and top and single piece corner panel the insulation material shall be CFC free with closed cell content of 90% to 95% minimum. This foam is injected using high - pressure equipment in a precise ratio and proportion and authohessively laminated. The density of foam shall be 40 + 2 kg/m3 with thermal conductivity [K of 0.023 W/m deg K (AGED)] and dimensional stability over the temperature range of -60°C to + 100°C.PUF panel system is having self-extinguishing as per IS 11239, confirm to class - I surface is spread of flame as per BS : 476 part 7 and confirm to classified as "NOT easily ignitable" as per BS 476 part - 5 has to be installed in to the operational area.
