Professional fees for concept designing for the experience centre/ zone to be developed at the designated space in Exhibition complete in all sense including preparation of 3-D Walkthrough and charges for deployment of Design Team for the entire duration from Date of Award through Exhibition Completion
Entire setup of the experience centre including transportation of material, installation of all necessary fixtures, Lighting installation as per the concept approved by the authority (City / State) at the designated space in ISAC-2022 Exhibition complete in all sense. The quoted value shall also include dismantling of the entire exhibition stall after completion of the Exhibition on 27th September 2023.
Charges for deployment of technical staff for the Operation and Management of all the installations and fixtures during all time of the exhibition. Timing of the Exhibition – 09 AM to 7 PM
Charges for customisation of existing videos available with the authority as per the requirements of the concept approved for immersive zone being developed (if any)
Charges for development and preparation of 360-degree video of projects within city boundary of Indore as may be required for the Experience Zone. The quoted value should be inclusive of charges for travel within Indore, Editing of the video, and other customisation as per the approved concept of Experience Centre.
