Supplying roofing compound and bitumin washers for closing leakages from the bolt holes of AC sheet/GI sheet roofing and ridges,replacing damaged bitumin washers pasting and covering with roofing compound,tightening J bolts, nuts etc complete.(rate shall be inclusive of cost of bitumin washers, GI washers, Roofing compound and labour charges and charges for tools and plants etc.) The work is to be carried out at roof of godown at a height upto 12 metres from ground level after observing all safety norms.(Observed data)

Supplying and pasting tarfelt sheet one layer of approved brand (STP or equivalant ) over broken AC sheet roofs/GI sheets, ridges,gable wall joints,valley gutters,sides of parapet etc after cleaning the surface to which tarfelt is to be pasted and applying bitumastic roofing compound (Shalibond CS or equivalant.the rate shall include labour charges,scaffolding complete as directed by engineer in charge.The work is to be carried out at roof of godown at a height upto 12 metres from ground level after observing all safety norms.) (Observed data)

Cleaning masonry drains of width 25 cms to 60 cms and depth up to 60 cms, including removal of silt and rubbish, cutting and removing grass and other vegetation from the sides of drains and disposal of rubbish within a distance of 150 mts.etc.complete. (Observed data)

Cleaning Verandah eave gutter and disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground including tightening clamps etc complete.(Observed data)

Cleaning of well/sump including removing the cover and refixing, dewatering, removing silt , clay etc from the bottom of the well, cleaning the walls of the well, removal of vegetation along sides, disposal of all debris etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (The work has to be carried out after following all the safety norms) (the rate shall include all labour, hire charges of the pump equipment, scaffolding etc).(Observed data)

Cleaning of septic tank with cleaning machine fitted with pump including removing the cover slab, cleaning and dechocking of sewer line, taking out sediments sludge etc and disposal at safe place outside the FCI complex to be identified by the contractor and cleaning the premise of tank complete as directed by the Engineer-in -charge (The work has to be carried out after following all the safety norms for handling the septic tank waste) (Observed data)

Cleaning of main over head tank and other P.V.C.tanks installed over the roof of depot/ staff quarters and other buildings etc. including removal of silt/rubbish from tank, disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5 gm per litre capacity of tank, disposal of silt/debris outside the FCI boundary etc.. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The work has to be carried out at roof top level after following all the safety norms)(Observed data)

Reparing/Servicing rolling shutters such as removal of top covers tightening/ loosening the springs adjusting the dislocation of parts if any and applying greese to the springs side guides ( 0.40 kg greese/ shutter) after cleaning and refixing the cover in position etc as directed by engineer in charge.(Observed data)

Making soak pit 1.5 m diameter 2.5 m deep with concrete rings and RCC slab at top, including excavation, placing of rings, filling with available brick bats aggregate etc.. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Observed data)

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood)shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below( Item 15.12.1 of DSR 2023)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P.brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)(Item No.21.1.1.2 of DSR 2023)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P.brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)(Item No.21.1.2.2 of DSR 2023)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) (Item No.21.3.1 of DSR 2023)

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows & doors with M.S. Flat 15x3 mm and nuts & bolts complete. Galvanised M.S. Wire gauze with 0.63 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides (Item no.10.29.1 of DSR 2023)

Renewing glass panes and refixing existing wooden fillets: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) (Item no.14.7.1 of DSR 2023)

Deduct cost of salvagable materials received from the work of dismantling work on as is where is condition including removing from the site - Wooden windows

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) :Item 13.1.1 as per DSR 2023

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (DSR 2023 Item No 4.1.3)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) Item No 14.1.1 of DSR 2023

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply and all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work exposed on wall 20 mm nominal dia Pipes( Item no. 18.7.2 of DSR 2023)

Providing and fixing PTMT bib cock of approved quality and colour. 15 mm nominal bore, 86 mm long, weighing not less than 88 gms. (Item no.18.54.1 of DSR 2023)

Providing and fixing soil, waste and vent pipes including jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.: 25 mm OD PVC pipe of standard make.The rate shall be inclusive of fittings and labour.(Analysed as per 18.9.3 of DSR 2023)

Providing and fixing soil, waste and vent pipes including jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.: 50 mm OD PVC pipe of standard make.The rate shall be inclusive of fittings and labour. (Analysed as per 18.9.6 of DSR 2023)

Painting standard stack plan inside the godown with approved quality Floor paint after marking the size and painting Two coat paint above primer measuring 100 mm wide around the periphery of stack etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)(Item no.13.47.1 of DSR 2023)
