RequiredThe Bidder shall be a manufacturer/ authorized dealer/supplier of castable refractory material.
RequiredIn case the bidder is an authorized dealer, a valid authorization letter/certificate from the OEM of the offered materials shall be furnished along with the bid.
RequiredIn case the bidder is a supplier, an authorization letter/Certificate from OEM of the offered materials shall be furnished, duly incorporating the subject tender notice details.
RequiredIn case the dealer or supplier fails to furnish the authorization letter/certificate from the manufacturer, the bid will be considered for regular supplier to TGGENCO/Govt. Org/PSU, subject to the satisfactory performance of recently executed POs related to supply of castable refractory materials and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO
RequiredCopies of orders executed or performance certificates issued within the last 5 years (FY 2021-2022, 22-23, 23-24, 2024-2025 and 2025-26) for supply of castable refractory material to power utilities/ Govt. Organizations/Public Sector under taking organizations/reputed private organizations, clearly showing the name of the firm, PO date and description of the material etc.
RequiredThe bidder shall furnish comprehensive technical specifications of the offered material, including type, maximum grain size, service temperature, chemical composition and analysis, physical properties, test procedures/standards, and all specifications as per the Bill of materials, along with packing size and storage life.
OptionalAll relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions.
OptionalThe company shall declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt department/ PSU due to any reason.
