Micro concreting in RCC columns and beams including chemicals, reinforcement, form work; average thickness of concreting not exceeding 100 mm as per the following stages:-

(i) Support the slab and beam which is contributing the load for the column under rehabilitation. (ii) Remove the damaged concrete portions completely till the reinforcement is exposed from the member carefully with mechanical arrangements and hand chisel and clean the dust particles. (iii) Anchoring shear connectors in the form of 'L' shaped bars of 10 mm dia HSD into the existing concrete by drilling holes not less than 75 mm depth 12 mm dia in staggered position along the perimeter and height of member. Spacing should not be less that 300 mm for all sides. Before anchoring, clean the holes with Jet compressed air to remove dust particles and anchor the dowel bars serve as shear connectors with chemical resin capsules manufactured by M/S Fosroc chemicals or equivalent. (iv) Clean the reinforcement and apply Nitrozinc primer manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals or equivalent with providing sacrificial Zinc anode Galvashield XPI. (v) Providing leak-proof shuttering system for the jacket portion of the members and micro concrete with Rendroc RG manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals or equivalent. Note: Compressive strength of Micro concrete should be 45 MPa at 28 days. Reinforcement will be measured and paid in connected Item separately upto 4th storey.

M&L for Rehabilitation of minor cracks in 5 Stages: (i) Removing cover concrete portion in the structural elements carefully with mechanical arrangements and hand chiselling, cleaning the loose dust and cleaning the reinforcement. (ii) Applying anticorrosive coating, Nitrozinc primer manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent, including providing sacrificial Zinc anode Galvashield XPI before application.
