Provision of consultancy services for planning and techno-economical design of Sewage Treatment Plants of Capacity 01 MLD for population of 5461 persons and 0.5 MLD for population of 2588 persons alongwith futuristic increase of new sewage pipe line networks for each STP and upgrading existing network of sewage pipe lines for existing and proposed infrastructure and bldgs at Alwar Mil Stn including development, preparation and submission of architect & structural drawings, detailed project report (DPR) for sewage system including STP, detailed layout and location of various elements all as specified in tender document. Consultant shall work out and submit the following under consultancy services- (a) Preliminary site visit for detailed observation of existing system and taking invert level of all existing manholes as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (b) Site survey and preparation of contour map of the area to be covered for STPs and sewage network and soil investigation for location of STPs and Treated |Water Sump as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Assessment and Collection of any data like existing water supply data & raw sewage characteristics etc required for the planning and designing of the sewage lines network and sewage treatment plants. Assessment and collection of existing electric supply (both OH & UG) and water supply lines and showing them on maps to scales. (d) Preparing a scaled schematic plan showing existing and proposed sewage network from existing outlet upto proposed tentative location of STPs and re-distribution network of treated water from treated water sump to Arboriculture area in consultation with Engineer-in-Charge. (e) Preparing and providing Hydraulic design alongwith complete hydraulic profile, drawings and calculation of proposed sewage network as per guidelines of CPHEEO and getting it vetted from NIT/IIT.

Notes :- (i) Soil investigation & topographical survey drawing of area showing manhole position, sewage line route layout, invert level of manhole from where sewage is to be pickup shall be carryout by the consultant. If consultant feels that of particular sewage route layout shown is to be changed then he is allowed to change sewage route layout keeping the economy in mind. (ii) The consultant shall make minimum four visit during execution of STP;s at 25 %, 50%, 75% and at the time of final testing and commissioning. The consultant shall also submit detailed report of work progress after each visit. The cost towards each visit is deemed to be inclusive in the rate quoted above. (iii) While designing sewage line network in case of any bldg existing on ground not found marked on topographical plan or its contributing sewage is not considered, the same is to be marked and catered for design. (iv) Permission & NOC from state pollution control board to establish and to operate STPs and for run off the treated water at open area of river/Nalla nearest to the Military station is included in your responsibilities and cost of the same is inclusive of the quoted rate. (v) The quoted cost will be inclusibe of consultancy services for both STPs (1 MLD & 0.5 MLD) (vi) The STP shall be based on MBBR technology. However if a different scheme is suggested then the consultant has to justify its merit and suitability over MBBR for final approval of department. (vii) consultancy services will be in force till completionof the main work on ground and render all technical support during execution of work, whenever required.
