All as per item No-10 above but 16 sqmm 2 core.

S&F as in Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks cap -2000 litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified.

S&F as in repairs Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 25 mm dia (minimum weight 455 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement gun metal globe or gate valve 25mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No -14 above but 40 mm dia bore.

S&F in replacement Brass CP mixer 15mm bore for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L servicing and maintenance of complete solar water heater plant of capacity 1000 LPD installed at single/double story buildings including carrying out repair to minor leakage, brazing work ,cleaning of flat plate collector glass & cleaning of HDPE water tank and make up tank including dismantling inlet and outlet connections and refixing the same after cleaning for proper functioning to maintain proper water temperature complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L servicing and maintenance of complete solar water heater plant of capacity 2000 LPD installed at single/double story buildings including carrying out repair to minor leakage, cleaning of flat plate collector glass & cleaning of HDPE water tank and make up tank including dismantling inlet and outlet connections and refixing the same after cleaning for proper functioning to maintain proper water temperature complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L disconnecting of hot water, cold water system complete and removing leakage of hot water tank by welding to tank and refixing the same complete in all respect and testing for solar water heater of capacity1000,2000 LPD complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Solar Flat Plate Collector (existing size) having made of copper absorber having 2 Sqm area including connected items as required at site to make it fully funtioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only gasket set for solar water heater panel suitable for 1000/2000 LPD capacity as per existing sample, including other connected items as required at site to make it fully funtioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of stainless steel tank of 1000 LPD capacity solar water heater as per existing size and shape complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of stainless steel tank of 2000 LPD capacity solar water heater as per existing size and shape complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rubber hose pipe 20mm dia between hot water tank & collector including dismantling & taking out existing unserviceable rubber hose pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair heating element of capacity 3KW as per existing type including rubber washer , bolts clamps etc. for any type of solar water heater complete all as specifie and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair heating element of capacity 4KW as per existing type including rubber washer , bolts clamps etc. for any type of solar water heater complete all as specifie and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of thermostatic switch (ISI marked) of range 0˚C to 80˚C suitable for solar water heater as per existing sample .

Periodical maintenance of following size /capacity of DG sets through authorised service dealer of DG set and ensuring smooth functioning of DG sets of following capacities : - (a) 320 KVA.

(b) All as per item No-36 above but 160 KVA.

(c) All as per item No-36 but above 40 KVA. Notes for item No-36 :-(i) Spares (Oils & Filters) required for maintenance of DG Set will be measured and paid separately. (ii) : The rate quoted is not inclusive of major repair/overhauling of DG Set. In the event of any dispute the decision of Accepting Officer shall be final & binding. (iii): Repairer has to maintain the maintenance record, breakdown call register, periodical service report, Repair carried out register and the same are to be got signed from department rep(JE E/M)/ Engeneer-in- Charge and also duly signed by qualified Mech/Service Engineer of the contractor. (iv) : All spares for repair are to be procured from manufacture`s authorised dealer only. (v) : All tools, testing instruments are to be arranged by the contractor including necessary transport. (vi) The fixing/labour element for items catered here-in-after in Sch ‘A’ Sec-I as “Supply only” shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

M&L for replacement of battery cable of size 70 sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core cable with necessary lugs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only top up coolent for DG set radiator.

Supply only Water temperature gauge.

Supply only oil pressure gauge assembly.

Supply only oil temperature gauge.

Supply only cable for Techno meter.

Supply only Techno meter assembly.

Supply only flexible braided hydraulic hose 5/8" dia x 600 mm length including suitable check nuts & washers, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only RPM metre with cable (0-3000 RPM),, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for electronic automatic voltage regulator ( AVR) of 100 V , 8 Amps suitable to DG Set of capacity upto 160 KVA including necessary terminals' sleeves etc as required at site of any type and make of DG Sets, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Make of AVR shall be same as supplied by the DG set manufacturer with new DG set.)

Supply only solenoid switch in repair suitable for any capacity DG set, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only control wiring kit suitable for any capacity DG Set, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only lube oil SAE 15 W - 40 for Top up and filling up the oil in the sump after completely flushing the old oil out of the tank and cleaning of the tank for fresh filling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Castrol/Power Supreme

Supply only battery terminal heavy duty as per sample made of brass with bolts and washers all as required at site,, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable fuel injection pump from any type/ capacity DG set, carrying to workshop for repairing including necessary spares and calibration, refixing the same duly repaired to its original position and testing for its serviceability at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for asbestos rope wrapping around exhaust pipe by replacing unserviceable packing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair complete 12 V 180 AMPH maintenance free battery and initial charging complete including inbuilt charger including required electrolyte /distilled water etc and fixing as required at site to the concerned DG Set, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair complete 12 V 90 AMPH maintenance free battery and initial charging complete including inbuilt charger including required electrolyte /distilled water etc and fixing as required at site to the concerned DG Set ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F replacement of Self starter assembly for DG set of 160 to 320 KVA 24 Volts DC including , complete fixing & testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Lucas-TVS

Taking out unserviceable alternator from DG set, taking to workshop, rewinding with existing size copper conductor, varnishing, drying, refixing, connecting and testing, complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a) 40 KVA DG set

M&L for rewinding the self starter assembly 12/24 Volts by taking out from the DG set dismantling & cleaning , providing proper insulation rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing size & insulating the field coil assembly replacing bentec assembly & fixing back after repairs and testing , complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Rubber hose set for DG set radiator by replacing the unserviceable hose set , complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a) 40 KVA DG set.

(b) All as per item no-77 but 160 KVA to 320 KVA DG set.

Supply and fixing in replacement of turbo charger, complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:- Holest or equivalent as approved.

Material and labour for opening/dismantling and disconnecting all the connections from panel to terminal box, repair/replacing the field coils to the alternator, refixing the field coils to the alternator after drying the varnish and making the electric connections to terminal box with proper brass nut bolts and washers testing and commissioning to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacities of DG sets :- (a) 40 KVA DG set.

(b) All as per item No-80 above but 160 KVA DG set.

M&L for dismantling of radiator from engine taking it to work shop repair of leakage pipes, cleaning the radiator with cleaning agents, re-assembling to the engine completely to enting satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of MCCB 4 pole 400 Amp, 36 KA with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnatic setting including making all incoming and outgoing connections, , complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of MCCB 4 pole 250 Amp, 36 KA with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnatic setting including making all incoming and outgoing connections, , complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of MCCB 4 pole 160 Amp, 36 KA adjustable thermal and adjustable magnatic setting including making all incoming and outgoing connections, complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with G I earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to G I earth strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, pit cover of precast RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 kg/ Sq.m and MS frame etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The unit rate includes earth strip and protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point.

S&F in repair old unservicable OFF load change over switch of 320 Amp cap with SS Enclosure with necessary mounting accessories, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
