The rates inclusive of octori, royality, Malkhana, toll taxes and any other taxes imposed excluding GST by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size), on ground or under water for all type of structure, in drain,edge wall and the like etcetera complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering (surface/sub soil water)including removal of slush which may arise at time of laying concrete for all heights/depths including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 800, 900, 1200 and 1600 as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates inclusive of octori, royality, Malkhana, toll taxes and any other taxes imposed excluding GST by the Government.

Providing and laying (to level or slope) 900mm dia (Nine hundred millimeter) diametre reinforced cement concrete light duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP-2 for culverts on first class bedding or granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (One cement isto two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, pipe bedding concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1101.5 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rates inclusive of octori, royality, Malkhana, toll taxes and any other taxes imposed excluding GST by the Government.

Loosening of the ground up to a level of 300mm (Three hundred millimeter) below the sub-grade level, watered graded with motor grader and compacted in layers to meet the requirements of Table 300.1 and 300.2 with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - One Hundred) kN static roller for sub-grade construction as per MORD Technical specification section 300 and as per direction and the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sale Tax, or any other taxes imposed excluding GST by the Government.

Construction of Granular sub base 175mm (one hundred seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness by providing well graded material as per table 400.1, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 (eighty – oneHundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD technical specification section 400 for grading-I material and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
