Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm with soil obtained from excavation all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old un-serviceable GI pipes, laid in trenches or under floors or fixed to walls including all fittings and disconnecting from branch connections complete all as specified & directed, for following sizes:-

(a) 15 mm dia bore

(b) 20 mm dia bore

(c) 25 mm dia bore

(d) 40 mm dia bore

(e) 50 mm dia bore

(f) 80 mm dia bore

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing, medium grade, ISI marked complete with all fittings, laid in trenches/floors GI pipes complete all as specified & directed, for the following size:-

Supply and replacement of CI pipe with spigot and socket ends, class LA, centrifugally cast, laid in trenches, or under floors or fixed to walls, of following sizes complete all as specified and directed :-

M&L for Cutting of existing CI/DI pipes and reducing to required length before laying in position for insertion of new tees,insert of D Joint branches etc complete all as specified & directed, for following size :-

M&L for cutting of Road/PCC path, hard standing depth not less than 60cm and width not less than 45cm for laying water supply pipe and making good the existing surface with PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 of 150mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge

S&F in replacement of CI fittings, bends, tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs of size up to150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed

M&L in replacement of old unserviceable Sluice valve class PN-1.6 with stainless steel spindle conforming to IS-14846-2000, double flanged, with and including new flanged rubber joints using necessary nuts, bults, washer and rubber gasket etc incl testing on completion complete suitable for following sizes :-

(a) 150mm bore

(b) 100mm bore

(c) 80mm bore

Supply and fixing CI Detachable Joint compleate nut bolts with superior quality Rubber ring set for 200 mm CI Pipe/DI Pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing CI Detachable Joint compleate nut bolts with superior quality Rubber ring set for 150 mm CI Pipe/DI Pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing CI Detachable Joint compleate nut bolts with superior quality Rubber ring set for 100 mm CI Pipe/DI Pipe complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in replacement of Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe including testing suitable of following sizes:-

Demolition of existing valve pit and M&L for construction of valve pit consisisting of 230mm thick, old size brick masonry wall in cement mortar (1:6), PCC (1:4:8) type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregete as in fondation, PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregete in coping/bed, finished even and smooth, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internally and 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) externally, finished even and smooth without using extra cement incuding three coats of white wash and earth work in any type of soil and including 3mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 40mmx40mmx6mm thick angle iron frame ambeded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and mild steel hold fast & handle and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer etc.

S&F in repair ,mild steel sheets/plates of Fe-410-w (Gde-E-250) Quality -A(plain or chequered forming holes/welded to frame work as in valve pit cover complete all as specified and directed

S&F, in repairs ,mild steel framed brackets of angles or tees web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and counter sunk for screw including bending and welding angles as necessary gasset plates riveting etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E- 165 complete all as specified and directed

Repair and servicing of sluice valve of 200mm incl renewal of perished rubber gasket, material washer,spindle, valves seating gland packing check nuts of gun metal, gun metal couplings washers, etc to make leak proof compleatly incl testing all as specified.

Repair and servicing of sluice valve of 150mm incl renewal of perished rubber gasket, material washer,spindle, valves seating gland packing check nuts of gun metal, gun metal couplings washers, etc to make leak proof compleatly incl testing all as specified.
