M&L Cement concrete in shunken portion filling in mass concrete Type E2 1:5:10 (using 40mm graded aggregate) Including demolition of cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450mm x 300 mmx 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 10mm thick plaster in CM(1:3) on brick work for fixing of tile and dismantling the existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm (300x300mm) as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match on 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes over and including 25mm thic PCC 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement and curved adqutely and after drying apply two coats of epoxy resin of Fosroc or equivalent both on floor and walls of sunken poriton and tested complete all as specified and as directed.
