Tenderer Should Furnish Bank account statement details of Salary Transfer to the Employees Related to Work Experience Submitted in the Tender

The tenderer should furnish valid copy of REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT WITH DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR, GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

The tenderer should furnish valid copy of Provident fund (PF) Registration Certificate (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities) Attach PF payment receipts for payment done to employees before 15th of every month

The tenderer should furnish valid copy of ESI department Registration Certificate (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities) Attach ESI payment receipts for payment done to employees before 15th of every month

The tenderer should furnish valid copy of GST Certificate & PAN Card (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

Tenderer firm/company should not be blacklisted by any government organization. The Tenderer shall furnish an Affidavit for not having Black Listed earlier by the Firm / Company represented by its Proprietor / Partners / Directors / Chairman / Managing Director / Office Bearers in the Business Transactions of any Government / Semi-Government / Government Undertaking / Public Sector Organizations / any other Departments.

The tenderer should have achieved in last five years in atleast two financial years annual financial turnover of Rupees 57.00 Lakhs (Attach Certified balance sheet issued by Charted accountant (With profit loss statement)

Each tenderer should further demonstrate Liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs 9.00lakhs (credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from bank for meeting the fund requirement etc) (CONDITIONAL BANKERS CERTIFICATES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)

The tenderer should furnish filed copies of Income Tax for the last three years.
