Excavation in foundation trenches etc in earth work in all kinds of soil , such as pick work, pick jumper work, jumper work , jumper blasting work, chiseling wedging out rocks including pumping or bailing out water upto all lifts, stacking the excavated soil not more than three metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (fifteen centimetres) layers when required in to plinth side of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus exeavated earth including carriage of materials, within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(One cement: Four sand: Eight graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm(forty millimeters nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonary (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement cencrete 1:6: 12(One cement: Six approved Sand : Twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetres ) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (One Cement : Six approved sand )including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constuction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Suspended floor roofs landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto all floor level,

Columns ,pillars, posts and struts upto all hights.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including bending, binding straighting and placing in position complete in all heights including cost of binding wires completed and other incidentals due for its completion for all floors)including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constuction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Brick work using Second class common burnt clay buildings bricks in Cement mortar 1:6(One Cement : six sand ) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constuction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6(One Cement six sand) )including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 15mm(fifteen milimetres) cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement :six sand) in single coat on fair side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto all heights including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finishing even and smooth )including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constuction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved shade of (Apexultima) or its equavlient on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constuction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings framed guards , bars ladders , railing brackets and similar work )including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constuction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter :-- Ready mixed paint other than white including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constuction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
