PROVISION OF 315 KVA TRANSFORMER AT NORTH MIL STN UNDER GE MISSAMARI

Supply, install, test and commission step down transformer, outdoor type, plinth mounted HT 11 KV, 3 phase 433 volts, 4 wire, 50 Hz, delta/star connected, vector group DYN -11 double copper wound, ONAN, manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage from minus 7.5% to plus 7.5% in steps of 2.5 %, continuous rating of capacity 315 KVA and of Level - 2 energy efficiency incl bushing on HT end cable box on LT side. The transformer shall be complete with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges, first fill of transformer oil, etc, and conforming to IS 1180 Part-1:2014 duly mounted on plinth and all as specified and as directed. (a) Oil conservator with filling hole, cap and drain plug (b) Silica gel breather with oil seal and first fills of dehydrating agent (c) Adequate Nos of thermometer pockets incl one No for accomodating bulb type thermometer (d) Drain cum bottom filter valve (e) Top filter valve (f) Prisomatic oil level gauge (g) Inspection cover (h) Cover fitting lugs (j) Jacking and fitting lugs (k) Separate neutral bushing brought out for earthing on LV side (l) Earthing terminal Note :- Construction of platform for must be suitable to the actual size of the Transformer and to be executed after approval of Engr-in- Charge. Cost of Platform deemed to be included in the Quoted rates.

Supply laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, earthed, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11KV volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 core conforming to IS 7098 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 metres long) and applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, the embedded portion shall be applied with two coats bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint as specified and directed.

M&L for Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT11000V, of size 20cmx15cm complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing lightning arrestor complete with all fittings discharge capacity 65kA suitable for 11000V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air-break switch , mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame ,with operating mechanism worked from ground level suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting including drop out fuse having 12 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Expulsion Fuse, Single Pole, Channel type/drop out type suitable as per Site requirement with Working Pressure 11 KV grade of capacity 200 Amps including taking down unservice-able Fuses, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with copper Earth Plate Electrode 600mm x 600mm x3.15mm, thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Metre below Ground Level with Top Edge of Earth Plate at depth not less than 1.50 Metre below Normal Ground Level, connected to Copper earth strip 20x3 mm drawn through and including Galvanized Iron protection Pipe 40 mm bore (dia) Light grade up to height of the transformer foundation where transformer is situated by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and Washers etc Earth plate surrounded by a packed thickness of charcoal or coke dust mixed with common salt in alternate layers of not exc 150mm thick PCC Pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate ), Precast RCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate ) cover slab 350 x350 x 50mm thick reinforced with and including 8mm dia TMT Bars @ 10 cm Centre to Centre both ways GI Wire Mesh , Funnel, with GI Watering Pipe 20mm bore dia Medium grade necessary excavation in soft loose soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil upto a distance of 50 METRE and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part- I and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.( Two each for transformer).

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type - I, flat, size 300 x 180 x 40 mm all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, & testing cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following size: - (a) 400 sq mm 3½ core (Transformer to LT Panel)

(b) 185 sq mm 3½ core ( LT Panel to Sub panel)

(c) 95 sq mm 3½ core (LT Panel to simulator and shelter)

(d) 10 sq mm 4 core (LT Panel to Security Lights)

Supply & Fix chain link fencing 75 mm x 75 mm mesh, of height minimum 2 meters length with 3.14 mm dia galvanized steel wire, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, straining fixed to RCC/angle iron post including securing or tying with GI MS wire, staples etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 40mm graded aggregate for foundation to poles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC in flooring ,filling and mass concrete type C2, 40mm graded aggregate 1:3:6 for flooring of size 9m X 9m X 0.05m complete all as specified ( for Sub station yard)

M & L for filling of flooring of 40 mm graded coarse stone gravel for flooring of size 9m X 9m X 0.1m complete all as specified (For sub station yard)

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, man holes, pier holes etc not exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for cable protection using clean dry sand complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying well burnt brick , locally available best quality (sub class "B" bricks ) laid in trenches perpendicular to UG Cable protection complete all as specified.

Supply laying & fixing GI Pipe light 80mm dia , ISI marked ,of required length for protection of cables in wall/pole/under road complete including necessary MS clamps , nuts , bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI Tubing light grade of size 50mm dia in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clam as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel bars 10mm dia Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) Part- I quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

S&F Disc type insulator porcelain, vitreous,145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket Type white , brown or green insulator single Disc Assembly for tension with Tension Clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Loop Type Insulator Vitreous White, Brown or Green, large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.50 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Insulator Pin type Porcelain, Vitreous, White, Brown or Green including one Galvanised Mild Steel Spindle, Two Galvanised Iron Washers and One Galvanised Iron Nut, 150mm Height, 150mm dia for 11 KV grade, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) (sizes as ordered) with permissible Sags and providing Jumper, etc., fixing on Electric Poles and binding to Insulators with Aluminium Binding Wire as in OH Conductors including stringing, tightening, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Binding Wire is deemed to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

M&L Stay Assembly complete with Accessories as show in Electrical Plate No. 1 of MES Schedule Part-I, diameter of Stay Rod 20mm, including 7/4.00 mm Galvanised Stay Strand, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Earthwork, Cement Concrete, Mild Steel Stay Clamps with Bolts, Nuts, etc., Loop Insulator, etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

Supply & Erecting Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-31 (9.0 Metre long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws including applying two coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping and applying with two coats of Aluminium Painting over a coat of Red oxide Primer (Externally from Top of Coping) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earthwork, Cement Concrete, etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

S & F Shackle type, Porcelain, Vitreous, White or Brown Insulator of size 100mm height 115mm dia including Galvanised Mild Steel 31x5 mm Strap, 14mm dia Insulator Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc. for Working Pressure 1100 Volt, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Insulator Pin type Porcelain, Vitreous, White, Brown or Green including one Galvanised Mild Steel Spindle, Two Galvanised Iron Washers and One Galvanised Iron Nut, 100mm Height, 65mm dia for 1100 Volt grade complete all as specified and as directed.
