ADDITION/ALTERATIONS AND SPECIAL REPAIRS OF SELECTED OLD MARRIED ACCN AT JAMNAGAR MILITARY STATION

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description in any position or thickness in floors aprons roof slab etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismaltling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X 350X 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 and providing necessary holes for gas pipe / water supply pipe etc. complete all as sppecified and directed.

M&L Moulding to Granite (single or double) slab including rounding off edges for 20 mm thick slabs including grinding and polishing complete all as sppecified and directed.

M&L Machine cut & polished Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick laid over screed base, laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, flooring etc including 20mm thck screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as sppecified and directed.

S&F Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular ) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as sppecified and directed.

S&F Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular ) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floor/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15mm thck screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as sppecified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for cement concete (unreinforced) including removal of debris debries/rubbish off materials out side of Ministry of defence (MOD) land complete all as sppecified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in leveling course below floor complete all as sppecified and directed.
