Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for sand cushioning & covering of UG cable using crushed metal sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV type-1, flat size 300x180x40 mm for protection of underground cable laid dry flat over the cable with width equal to length of the cable and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exc. 10mm over UG cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed.
Removing of excavated soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including supply and laying HDPE pipe of 150 dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified & directed.
Supply, laying, jointing and testing of HT underground electric power XLPE cable, 185.0 Sqmm, 3.0 core, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, (conforming to IS-7098 Part-I), ISI Marked, with aluminium conductor multi stranded, heavy duty, 11000 Volts grade (earthed), in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/ through pipe/ under road/ PCC etc complete including taking out existing unserviceable cable of any size/ type and deposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (a) Excavation, returning filling, removal, sand cushioning, cable protection covers, GI protection pipe etc and HT cable end joints/ straight through joints shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Any damage done during cable excavation to the existing UG infra like UG pipelines, UG electric cables, OFC etc shall be repaired by the contractor at their own expenses. (c) Cost of T&P required for handling/ laying of cable is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.
M&L for heat shrinkable indoor type cable end joint complete with jointing material and accessories for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor HT under ground cable 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volts grade (earthed) and testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for heat shrinkable outdoor type cable end joint complete with jointing material and accessories for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor HT under ground cable 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volts grade (earthed) and testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for heat shrinkable straight through joint complete with jointing material and accessories for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor HT under ground cable 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volts grade (earthed) and testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing and testing gang operated air break switch 12 insulator type, HT 11 KV, AC 50 C/S, Triple pole, Horizontal/ vertical mounting type, mechanically operated from ground, mounted on 12 silicon rubber insulators 11 KV grade and steel frame, current rating upto 200 Amps complete with fuse mounting, fuse carriers and fuse elements of required capacity fixed on the pole structure on channel/ angle iron/ cross arm with suitable GI nuts, bolts & washers etc including taking down existing unserviceable of any type/ size etc and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.
Supplying, installing and testing lightning arrestor, station class type of rated voltage 12 KV and discharge current capacity 65 KA suitable for 11000 Volt including taking down existing unserviceable of any type/ size etc and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section (flat iron/ angle iron/ MS sheet) including back plate, MS boxes made out of MS sheet, clamps or D clamps made out of MS flat iron made to shape including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending hot or cold, drilling holes for bolt in any size or shape and fixed as directed inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking out existing unserviceable of any size/ type etc and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.
Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 12 KV, 630 Amps having short circuit capacity 21kA/3-sec, Outdoor (IP-54), RMU (Ring main unit) 7-way comprising of 02 Nos incomer Spring- assisted snap-action motorized mechanism with un-inhibited operating shaft for emergency mannual operation Load Break Switch and 05 Nos Outgoing, 630 Amp Stored-energy motorized high-endurance spring charging mechanism VCB electrolytic grade copper busbars all inside single, gas-filled, robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Megnetic Grade) tank with min thickness 2.5 +0.5 mm, IP-67 Degree of Protection, internal-arc classified 21kA/1sec for cable box and tank both, on-site-repairable with site replacable bushing/coupling/mechanism, gas refilling etc. The enclosure shall have pad lockable double-door access with anti-theft higes, fully covering the front facia and cable boxes to ensure fail-safe anti-theft protection. The unit shall include the following along with all necessary accessories and fittings as required at site Note :- RMU should be placed on concrete foundation made in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm crushed stone aggregate as per the drawing approved by GE.

(A) Incoming Load Break Switch module each consisting of following accessories :-

(B) Outgoing VCB module each consisting of following accessories :-
(i) Each function-unit consists of a vacuum-circuit breaker in combination with a three position-switch.The three-position-switch fulfills the operation of the disconnector-function and earthing function.
(ii) 12kV, 630A Fixed-Type VCB module with series disconnector cum earthing switch of short circuit breaking current/withstand - 21kA/3-sec, Making Capacity - 50kAp-01 No
(iii) Aux. contacts - 1NO+1NC-01 No
(iv) Stored-energy motorized high-endurance spring charging mechanism (M1+), with inbuilt spring-charging lever and mechanically latched ON/OFF push-buttons to allow handle-less and un-inhibited operation -01 No

(ii) Above switchgear shall confirm to relevant IEC (62271-200) for design, manufacturing and internal arc compliance. Any claims towards internal arc compliance, number of mechanical/electrical/short-circuit operations, gas-leakage rates etc. shall not be accepted unless proven via type-test reports of model being offered.
Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats of size 2m x 1mx 2.5mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, suitable for electrical shock safety .complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in respective electrical plate of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point/ transformer/ panel including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, RCC pit cover, charcoal, salt including provision of earth lead protected by 40mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering and testing on completion complete all as directed. Note: (i) If the desired earth resistance is not found within permissible limit of less than 5 Ohm, earthing shall be redone by contractor without any extra cost. (ii) Cost of galvanised earth lead upto 7.5 mtr, 40mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering is included in the rate quoted for this item.
