RequiredBidder should be a manufacturer/authorized dealer/SupplierofVarious Types of Bearings Make: NTN /SKF/NSK.
RequiredIf Bidder is an authorized dealer, should furnish valid authorization letter/ certificate from the OEM of the offered Bearings Make: NTN /SKF/NSK.
RequiredIf Bidder is a supplier, should furnish an authorization letter/Certificate from OEMof theoffered Bearings Make: NTN /SKF/NSK duly incorporating the tender notice details.
RequiredIn case the dealer or supplier fails to furnish the authorization letter/certificate from the manufacturer, the bid will be considered for regular supplier to TGGENCO/Govt. organization/PSU, subject to the satisfactory performance of recently executed POs related to supply of Various Types of Bearingsand it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO.
RequiredCopies of orders executed or satisfactory performance certificates issued within the last 5 years (i.e., FY 2021-22, 22-23, 23-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26) for supply of Various Types of Bearings to power utilities/Govt. Organizations/Public Sector undertaking organizations/reputed private organizations, clearly showing the name of the firm, PO date and description of the material etc.
RequiredBidder shall furnish technical specifications/datasheets/catalogues of the offered bearings, along with Make: NTN /SKF/NSK as mentioned in the bill of materials &any other specifications shall be furnished along with the bid.
OptionalAll relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions.
OptionalThe company shall declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt department/ PSU due to any reason.
