In such cases merely the dispatch of material within contractual delivery period does not mean that firm has supplied the material within contractual delivery period but it shall reach to ultimate consignee on or before contractual delivery period. This will have override effect on clause 0121-C of IRS condition on contract." (2)All the tenderers/bidders should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure/rates are as per GST Law. (3) Firm should clearly state HSN code and also mention that under which chapter & sub- heading of central excise tariff, their GST tariff falls.
