Notes 1 - All work shall be carried out as per Public Works Department Handbook and specifications of Division or as directed by

supervisory staff.

Notes 2 - The persons of firm submitting the tender should see that the all the columns in the schedule should be filled in inkand

Notes 3 - Rates quoted include clearing of site (prior commencement of work and at its close ) in all respects and hold good for
