(SS 901,903 & 904) -Internal

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surfaces to required slopes with CM (1:3) prop. using screened sand 20mm thick (average) mixed with integral cement water proofing liquid confirming to IS: 2645-2003 manufactured by reputed manufacturers as approved by Engineer-in-charge at 200ml per one bag of cement, laid over roof slab when it is green, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water proofing compound, water etc., to site, operational, incidental, and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, lift charges, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing including rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 901 & 903).

Brick masonry for walls in superstructure with CM (1:6) prop: (Cement : Sand) using common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table- I of IS:1077-1992, Non- Modular or traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 40 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand, bricks, water etc., to site, labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504)

VRCC M20 mix using 20mm stone aggregate (coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost of seigniorage, conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, machine mixing, laying, vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Dummy Coloumns

Supplying and fixing of MS Grill to windows MS flat alround and 10mm MS square bars horizontally at 125mm centre to centre and vertically at 300mm centre to centre including fixing with 4 Nos of MS Z holdfasts (2 on each side) duly making cutting brick masonry, fixing and making to original surface neatly including cost and conveyance of all materials, cutting, bending, welding, operational charges, labour charges, overheads and contractor profit etc., complete for finished item of work.

Painting to new iron work with with Ready mixed oil paint of approved brand and shade after application of red oxide primer thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for Iron window Grills

Providing and applying synthetic plaster putty or plaster of paris putty of average 1 to 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs, sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for Internal walls

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand over 1 coat of Cement Primer and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls

Providing & Placing on Terrace(at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank of Double layer Roto moulded confirming to IS:12701 approved brand & manufacture with suitable cover/cap and suitable locking arrangement & making necessary holes for inlet & outlets and over flow pipes but without fittings & base support for tanks

Supply and Fixing of Premium make CPVC Pipes and Fittings to meet the requirement of ASTM-D 2846 and are produced in CTS (Copper Tube Sizes 1/2" ton 2" SDR 11 and SDR 13.5 pipes are made from idential CPVC compounds having the same physicalProperties for Hot and Cold Water (IS 15778:2007)
