SPL REPAIR FOR REPLACEMENT AND ROUTE DIVERSION OF RASING MAINS WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINE ALONGWITH OTHER ACCESSORIES FROM MAIN PUMP HOUSE TO SHIKARGARH PUMP HOUSE AT ARMY AREA JODHPUR UNDER GE (ARMY) NO. 02

Supply and laying DI pipe , spigot and socket including DI specials, class "k-9", of 350 mm dia including all fixing and jointing with spigot and socket ends suitable for tyton joints including rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charges. Note :- DI Specials shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for fixing DI specials such as bends(any type, radius and angle),tappers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps & plugs of sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charges.

Supply and fix sluice valves, flanged of class1.6 PN, of 350 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charges.

Supply and fix cast Iron air release valve with two air outlets, 80 mm bore and fixing up in DI pipes water supply mains incl all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charges.

Taking out old U/S cast iron (CI)/DI/MS water mains of size 350 mm bore (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends/threaded socket end and lead joints, flange ends, socketed/threaded ends joint from above/under ground, under road, path, culvert,under PCC platform or any type of muddy/dry soil etc and making good to match the existing surface of any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charges.

Excavation in trenches by using man power not exc 1.5m width and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out for laying of pipes etc in soft/loose soil .Note:- Any damage to existing services to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charges.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil upto the satisfaction of Highway authorities and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charges.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charges.

M & L for road cutting and repairing the same with road patch material width upto 1.0 mtr and depth up to 2.0 meter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charges. Note: Road repair work shall be completed the same day of work execution in all aspect, failing which a panelty of Rs 200 per meter for per hour delay will be imposed and deducted from RAR/Final Bill.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in support of pipes or foundation of pump complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charges.
