Demolition of concrete in ground floors, pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to floor including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm, of any shade and any pattern (pattern consists combination of two or more tiles ) as in floor etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match colour tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles complete complete all as specified and as directed. . Note:- (i) The colour, shade and pattern shall be approved by the GE during execution work. (ii) No extra cost shall be allowed for Removing and refixing and necesary cutting of door etcif any required during execution of work.

All as per item No.4 above but in vertical surfaces like skiting / dado etc all as specified and directed.(The Colour,shade and pattern shall be approved by the GE during execution work). NOTE: No extra cost sahll be allowed for Removing and re-fixing and necessary cutting of door etc if any required during execution of work.

M & L Preparation of old distempered and painted surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping by brooming down , scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of Distemper oil emulsion on wall surfaces.

M&L. heavy duty vitrified parking tiles of any colour and and shape and in any pattern and in any design 15 mm thick polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.16 sqm and not exc 0.36 sqm (Pattern consists combination of two or more tiles) as in floor ete jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match colour tiles over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in colored cement to match coloured tiles..(The Colour, shade and pattern shall be approved by the GE during execution work). (No extra cost sahll be allowed for Removing and re-fixing and necessary cutting of door etc if any.)

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 80mm thickness M-40 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment laid over 50mm thick cushion of river sand screen bed, compacted with mechanical surface vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing treatment of old surface including brooming down , scrapping down smoke soot,mould, moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and grease spouts and cleaning with water on wall applying one coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, as directed including use of form work as necessary all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Solar Road Stud 125mm x 125mm x 25 mm made from aluminium alloy, Solar powered by monocrystal solar panel, with One high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery, approximate view distance 1000 mtrs, LEDs -010mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces for high brightness of different colours with back-up 12 hours of continuous lighting at night complete all as specified and as directed by the eng-in-charge. Make : Model Dhruv DA 110 of Sinor Infrastructure or equivalent of Dark Eye/ Greenlite / Road star.

Supply and Fixing in repairs Out door convex mirror of 100 cm(min) dia, polycarbonate lens, brim and back holding plates of fibre reinforced plastic including fixing at suitable height including necessary excavation for post hole(30x30x50Cm size) and disposal of material to a distance not exceeding 50M and not exceeding 1.5 M high above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. Make: RSCM-100 /GANM(I) IMPEX/PRIMO SAFETY SOLUTIONS/ACE POLYMERS or equivalent ISI marked.

Supply and fix in repair sign board of size 121cm x 121cm made out of aluminium composite panel board both sides of board 3mm thick having PVDF coating skin thickness not less than 0.25mm thick, high intensity reflective maintenance free sheet, including writing letters/site map as per requirement/location with high reflective sheet/tape of make 3M, colour & design as approved including stainless steel frame work with vertical pipes as per 319 AISI the frame consist of SS square pipes of size 40mm x 40mm having thickness 1.5mm and vertical post made of SS square pipes 40mm x 40mm having thickness 1.5mm thick, including necessary excavation in post holes of size 0.8x0.8x0.8M and PCC 1:4:8 complete all as specified and as directed.
