12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12mm Cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in arches, archribs, domes, vaults shells, folded plate and roofs having slope more than 15° upto floor five level level including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement with: 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for RCC work incl. straightening, cutting Bending , placing in position and binding all complete.(TMT)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for. a) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, Girders etc.

b) Arches, domes, vaults upto 6m span.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade to give an even shade on old work. (two or more coats applied @3.84 Kg/ 10sqm.)
