Demolition below ground level upto two level including disposal of un-serviceable with 20 mtrs. Lead and including cutting the necessary reinforcement and separating out from RCC work complete within all leads and lifts.

Demolition of stone masonry below ground level upto 4.5 mtrs depth including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials with 20 mtrs lead complete within all leads and ifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement: 3sand: 6graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation and plinth complete within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1 cement: 1.5sand: 3graded stone agg.20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work inreinforcement for RCC work in :-.Foundation, footings, basis of columns and the like and mass concrete work and channel of kuhl etc. complete within all leads and lifts.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtrs thickness) attached pillasters,buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level complete within all leads and lifts.

Suspended floors,roofs,landing and shelves and their support balconies beams girders bressumers and cantilever upto floor level complete within all leads and lifts.

Arches upto floor two level complete within all leads and lifts.

providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring,shuttering,propping etc.height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.height of propping and centring below supporting removal of the same for insitu work in:-Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness)partitions and the like i/c attached,pillasters buttresses and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like complete within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a round finish i/c centring shuttering,strutting and propping etc.height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-Arches beyond 6.00 mtrs span complete within all leads and lifts.

Providing tor /mild steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts(Tor steel).

Steel work welded om builtup sections trusses and frame work i/c cutting,hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guards bars ladders railing brackets and similar work GMS tube for ladder 25mm dia vertically member and 20mm dia horizontal member complete within all leads and flifts.

Laying,jointing & testing in trenches G.M.S.pipes of 100mm internal diameters confirming to BIS-1239(Latest with upto date ammendments) ISI mark complete in all respects (Earth work to be measured and paid for spearately) i/c providing and fixing all types of fittings like Union,Tees,Bends etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of cast iron sluice valve of 65 mm dia Bir /Kartar class PN-1.6(with hadn wheel) as per IS: 780-1984 class-! Upto 300mm dia including brass spindle and as per 2906-1984 class-II for diameter more than 300mm complete with bolts, nuts,rubber insertion etc.complete within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of SFRC manhole cover with frame having frame size of 500mm internal dis should not be less than 100 kgs complete within all leads and lifts.

Precast concrete block masonry in partitions walls 10cm thickwith solid blocks of approved size i/c quion block closer etc.made of cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement: 3sand: 6graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal and down gauged)in cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3sand) complete within all leads and lifts.

Providing and placing in horizontal layers of filtering media duly graded, screened, washed and cleaned as specified by the engineer-in-charge complete within all leads and ifts.

Top layer:- Fine sand (Eff.size 0.20mm to 0.40 mm & uniformity coefficient 2.00 to 3.00).

2nd layer:- Coarse sand 2mm to 6mm.

3rd layer:- Bazri 6mm to 20mm.

4th layer:- Bazri 20mm to 25mm.

Bottom layer:- Broken stone 50mm to 75mm.
