40mm thick damp proof course to horizontal surface in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0, (using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, including form work, complete all as specified. Hard core of guage n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone boulders complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty on plastered surfaces for neat and smooth finishing complete. all as specified.

Three coat of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceiling including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing newly plastered surface and applying two coats of cement based paint, complete all as specified.

Providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, as in Slabs supported on walls, in floors, roofs, deck slabs, lintel, chajja and in shelves, complete all as specified.
