Water washing and cleaning the old painted surface with pressure pump including hire charges of pump etc complete

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead:With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture:One or more coats with copal varnish

Appendix II - Putting up pandal

Hire and labour upto a period of 10 days for putting up muttupanthal upto 8m wide with bamboo post at 1.5m centre, double bamboo for brussumers, single longitudinal runners at about 1.50m centre rafters at about 0.6m centre and cross ties supported on trusses at about 3.7m with aracanut horizontal ties at top and bottom aracanut post supporting ridge pieces at end tying members firmly with coir yarn and thatching with silpaulin plastic film 200 GSM dismantling after use in temple compound.

Hire and labour charges for a period of 10 days for putting up Thattupandal with casuarina poles for post and rafters at 60 cm apart and thatching with silpaulin plastic film 200 GSM firmly with coir or plastic wire including dismantling and removing materials after use.

Hire and labour charges for a period of 10 days for putting up Viripandal with casuarina poles intermediate and horizontal support casuarina with 1.50 c/c apart and thatching with silpaulin plastic film 200 GSM firmly with coir or plastic wire including dismantling and removing materials after use.

Hire and labour up to a period of ten days for mull cloth ceiling to pandal including redfrills

Appendix III - Cleaning temple yard,pooram yard and pallikulam yard

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
