Civil Works

Applying two coats of putty of approved brands birla / JK to internal walls surfaces including applying suitable primer on old wall surface thourough scrapping and preparation. Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved. (Rate includes removal of old paint with Buffing machine)

Apply two coats of premium quality arcylic Interior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) where ever specified by Engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., complete.

Providing and fixing anodized extruded aluminium partitions with door, windows & ventilators (single or double shutter), part pannelled and part glazed with pre-laminated flat pressed 12mm thick particle board (NOVAPAN, ECOBOARD etc) of approved colour & make. Aluminium sections shall be powder coated with approved colour including aluminium powder coated (50 Microns) frame conforming to IS:1948, IS:1949 fabricated from extruded sections of INDAL / JINDAL or approved equivalent make having minimum 2mm wall thickness as per IS:1285, IS:733 and electro color coating of 15 microns thickness. Glazing shall be clear float glass of 5.5mm thickness of approved make SaintGobin / Modifloat including sanp fit type beading, concealed screws, fixtures (like tower bolts, hold fast, handles both sides, door stoppers with rubber shoes, 'L'drops, stays, floor springs, hydralic door closers etc) lokcing arrangement for windows, Godrej make mortice lock with 3 no keys for each door, C.P.brass / staineless steel screws, providing and fixing hinges / pivots, and making provisions for fixing of fittings where ever required including cost of PVC / neoprene gasket fits all complete with necessary fillingup of gaps at the junctions, at top, bottom and sides etc., complete. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required.

Providing 15 mm thick plaster with CM(1:4) to walls at all heights and to ceilings, beams, Stair-case, lintel soffits, chajjas, projections, narrow bands and widths etc., including cost of all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer

Providing & Fixing Premium quality Vitrified tiles (Double charged) of size 600*600*10mm in floors with water absorbtion less that 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make KAJARIA / Johnson / in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement pigment of MYK laticrete / saint gobaim or its equivalent material to maintain the level including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., and all materials complete all as directed.Complete all as EIC.

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 6 mm thick mineral fiber boards of (Armstrong / USG Boral) of Size 600 x 600 mm of approved texture, design and patterns, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised powder coated iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to formgrid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling usinggalvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grains per sqm) i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L- shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Glavanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphey wall/ partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 50mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The workshall be carried out as per specifications complete all as directed.

Removal of Existing door with frame and handed over the servicable items to CE dept., and dispose the un-servicable material to 50M lead complete all as directed.

Supply and Fix the fabric vertical venetian blinds of approved make Jacobs / Vista including connected extruded aluminium head rails and all accesories etc., complete

Disposal of surplus debris by mechanical means to a lead of 3km to outside the yard, complete all as directed by the Engineer incharge.

Dismantling and removal of wooden / MS partitions including hand overing of serviceable material to CE Dept and disposal of unserviceable material as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

2.0Ton capacity, 5 STAR Copper Inverter Split AC,1PH, 230 V, 50 Hz, Copper Condenser, along with supply ,installation of 3.0Kva Stabulizer, copper pipe with foam, core cutting, ac stands, drain pipe, and control cables etc. Makes:BLUE STAR/VOLTAS/CARRIER/OG/MTSHI.

Supply, fix,test and comissioning of 3 phase VTPN 3 way Double door MCB DB with 40Amps 4Pole RCCB as main incomer and 16A 10kA SP/DP MCBs as out goings including all accessories as required and directed . App.makes: Legrand/ABB/Schneider/Havells/Anchor

Supply,Install,and comissioning of 4KVA Voltage Stabulizer with all connections. (Approved make Havells/Anchor/Legrand/ Wipro / Schneider or Equivalent.)

Supply, fix, test and commissioning of 2x2,36/39watt ceiling mounted White LED fixture with all accessories. (Approved make Schneider/Wipro/Jaquar/ philips/ CG/ Havells or Equivalent.)

Supply, fix,test & comissioning of 12 modular type switche board with 1 no. -3 pin Modular sockets and switches as directed by engineer incharge.

Supply, fix,test & comissioning of 8 modular type switch board with 5A -3 pin Modular sockets with switches as directed by engineer incharge.

Supply, fix, test and commissioning of 20A DP MCB DB 16A Sockats with enclosure for AC units as directed by the engineer incharge. (Approved make :Legrand/ABB/Schneider /Havells or Equivalent.)
