Opening of centrifugal pump set from the base, transporting to work shop, trace out defects and taking out the u/s parts from the pump set, metling ,grinding, lathing work as required to make as per original shape and size and fixing the new parts as required including panting complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Spares will be measured and paid separately

Lifting of submerssible pump set of any from borewell carefully with column pipe of size upto 150 mm dia flanged/socketed GI, 3 mtr each (upto 17 lengths) along with existing submersible electric cable and shifting the pipe aside for reuse as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Opening of submersible pump 100 HP, 1400LPM, 120 mtr headfrom the motor, transporting to workshop, dismantling of set, tracing out the defects, and taking out the u/s parts from the pump set, metling, grinding to bring the set in its original position, replacement of neck ring, key set, brass bushes, adjustment nut, thrust plate, coupling bushes, GM ball bush, katcher key set etc, assembling the pump set and testing complete all as directed.

Repair to 100 HP submersible motor, 440 volts 3 phase as per the following specification and capacity.

(a) Opening of submersible motor and cutting to burnt winding and cleaning to slots by cleaning re-agent and repair to damage stator slots.

(b) Rewinding to submersible motor with suitable size of PVC insulated copper winding wire of suitable size of insulating materials all as specified and directed.

(c) Replacement of thrust bearing - 01 No

(d) Replacement of bushes of rotor - 02 Nos

(e) After repairing of motor re-assembling, transporting to P/H, refixing on the same base and testing complete.

Lowering of submerssible pump set of any into the borewell carefully with coloumn pipe of size upto 150 mm dia flanged/socketed MS/GI, 3 mtr each length ( 12 to 17 Nos of pipe) along with existing submerssible electric cable binding with GI/AI wire including making joint to submerssible cable all as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE . Rubber gasket, jointing material, nut, bolt, washers shalls be included in in the quoted rate.

Supply in replacement of ball bearing No.6306/6309/6212.

All as per item No 23 above but bearing No. 3207/6404/6308

Supply in replacement of ball bearing No.N-321 / 3309

All as per item No 25 above but bearing No. 29324/3307 ( for 60 HP pump set)

All as per item No 25 above but bearing No 6311/6312.

M&L for transport to workshop and taking out the defective parts of induction motor, 3 phase, 440 Volts and rewinding with super enamelled copper conductor of suitable as per existing size and gauge including varnishing, drying, cleaning of slots, repair to any damage slot, metling to shaft for fixing of bearing and other required work for smooth functioning of motor, testing and painting complete all as directed and specified of the following capacity of motors.

M&L for replacement of greased graphite gland packing of following sizes Make - Champion or eqt

(a) 10 mm size

(b) 12 mm size

M&L for replacement of grease type AP3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M&L for replacement of pressure gauge 0-100 PSI, dial type fixed on pumping line in various pumps all as specified.

M&L for replacement of exisiting air release valve made out of brass suitable for pumpset of various acities all as specification & directed.

Repair to foot valve of 150 mm dia suction line by means disconnection by opening of nut bolts etc and taking out from under ground Sump and refixing the same after replacement of leather/Neoprane/rubber sheet including lightening of nut bolts etc.

M&L for replacement of hello light packing 1 mm to 2 mm thick in above centrifugal pumping set at the time of assembling / refixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of submersible flat copper cable multistranded 3 core of size 35 sqmm with voltage grade 1100 V complete including connecting and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make Polycab , Havells, Finolex.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable sluice valve cast iron with brass spindle PN-1.6 and fly nut flanged both ends and drilled for jointing wheel head type conforming to IS 14846 including two flanged joints with nuts bolts and washers rubber insertion packing etc for 150 mm bore pipe as in repairs and ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable non return valve cast iron with brass spindle PN-1.6 and fly nut flanged both ends and drilled for jointing wheel head type conforming to IS 14846 including two flanged joints with nuts bolts and washers rubber insertion packing etc for 150 mm bore pipe as in repairs and ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete withGI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x600mmx 3.15 mm thick burried directly under ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meter below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including GI strip 32 x 6 mm, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washeres made out of GI including protection pipe GI light grade 40 mm size and watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade all as shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, connecting to earthing test point, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber made in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), common salt, charcoal, CI funnel, earth pit cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates), with 8mm CTD bars @ 100mm c/c in both ways, including necessary form work complete including necessry test on completion all as specified and as directed.

Note . (1) On testing, after completion of Job , if desired earth resistance is not obtained , the earthing shall be redone at no extra cost to contractor.

(2) Earth strip beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch board. Etc shall be measured separately .
