Local Travel Arrangements and Rehearsal Location (RIC)

Local Transport (Bus/ Traveller) for 75 Nos. Artists for transporting from their stay location in Jaipur to the rehearsal location/venue and return for4 Days (25-03-2025 to 28-03-2025)

Local Transport for Director and Asst. Director(4-Seater Car) for 4 Days (25-03-2025 to 28-03-2025)

Local Transport for Department Officials (Two5-Seater Car for 3Days (25-03-2025 to 27-03-2025).

Arrangement of truck for transportation of for prop material from Jodhpur to Jaipur and back

Covered Space for Rehearsal (equipped with adequate no of toilets, drinking water, light, sound, power backup, chairs, carpets, fan,etc.) for rehearsal for 75 persons for 2 Days (26-03-2025 to 27-03-2025). Space to be decided in consultation with the Department.

DA for Rs. 800 per person per day during rehearsal & show – 26-27 March, 2025 (as per norms of NSD)

Boarding & Lodging Arrangements

Boarding & Lodging of 2 Nos. Director and Asst. Director in 3/4-star decent Hotel(2rooms on twin sharing basis) at Jaipur for3 Days (25-03-2025 to 27-03-2025).

Boarding & Lodging of 75 Nos. Artists in Budget Hotel on 3-4 sharing basis at Jaipur for3 Days (25-03-2025 to 27-03-2025).

Remuneration to Artists

Remuneration to Abhinaya Gurukul Cultural Education Society 75% amount before first run through 25% amount before the first show Rs 15,00,000 Lakhs
