Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.

Excavation in soil in hilly area by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres

Excavation in hard rock (blasting prohibited) with rock breakers including breaking rock, loading in tippers and disposal within all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections. Manual Method

Engaging of One Number Excavator for excavating & Cllecation of Slip & debris including cost of fuel all material, Labour T&P. Driver, Operator, maintenance transpottation, insurance, idle charge, taxes and other expenses also required for proper completion of work.

Engaging and operation of one no. pokeland machine having capacity 210/230(L&T, tata hitachi etc.) with one operator including cost of fuel, lubricants and repair maintenance & transportation charges etc. for removal of slip / landslide / excavation earth etc. in dry and wet condition complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Payment for engaging excavator cum loader shall be made only for actual working hours at site, no idle charges shall be paid. If machine is trapped in slip/earth etc., contractor shall make its own arrangement to haul the machine, for which no extra payment shall be made to contractor. and also machine shall be considered in idle condition. Cost of mobilization & demobilization from site shall be borne by contractor.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications, for RCC Grade M25.

Random Rubble Masonry Stone masonry work in cement mortar 1:3 in foundation complete as drawing and Technical Specification.

Cement plum concrete with 40% plum & 60% (1:2:4) grade M-20 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per direction Engineer-In-charge. as per drawings and technical specifications.

Hand Packed stone filling in back of wallls including cost of all materials, royality, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Dewatering of water caused due to seepage of ground water and surface water due to rain etc. excluding excavation of foundation but during execution of civil works including supply of all machine operator, khalashi, POL, T&P, accessories required for proper completion of the work.

Drilling 38mm diametre holes and installing of 25mm dia anchor bar including grouting of holeds with high performance resin compound for proper anchorage of connecting anchor bar as per drawing and technical specification or as directed by engineer -in-charge including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work, excluding cost of anchor bar. (The reinforcement will be paid seperately)

Supplying, fitting and placing of anchor 25 mm dia bars {(TMT(Fe-500)}, 150 cm into old concrete & 80 cms in fresh concrete with L-Hook to reinforcement @ 500 mm c/c staggered as per drawing and technical specification or as directed by engineer -in-charge including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Removal of debris /waste material/ any other material / rubbish from any location by full load tractor trolly as desired by the Engineer-in- charge & safe disposal of the same out side the Nigam area including cost of all labour (minimum four nos labour or more as required) T& P etc required for proper loading/unloading and disposal of waste or any other material required for the proper completion of the work.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 Cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501

Dismantling Stone Masonry as per Technical Specification Clause 202.Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of stone masonry, including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lift and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202. Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1302 Stone/Boulder

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery

Attending minor type of repair for full day by engaging and supplying one suitable Helper/Mali/Beldar/mazdoor/Labour for carrying simple type of repairing of all work including all T&P etc. complete but excluding cost of material.

Providing and laying of Empty Cement Bags (Gunny Bags) filled with local sand and tightened using sutli and carriage upto site including preparing subgrade before placing in position, also including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.
