Contract Details

M&L for disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable GI pipes of 80 mm (3'') dia from existing position and supply, fixing, laying & testing for galvanised steel (Gl) tubing of 80 mm (3'') dia medium grade with screwed socket joints, together with all tube fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, checknuts, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) laid intrenchs, connecting in new or old position, also for cutting, screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required connectors shall be inserted, where required complete all as specified and directed for the following bore of pipes. (Note:- for Item No : 2.00 Earth work will be messured and paid under relevent Items of schedule 'A')

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc1.5m depth for foudation, trenches for laying of cables/pipe line etc. and getting out in Soft/loose soil.

Returning, filling in, incl. spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed..

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cutting/welding/jointing existing steel tubing for alterations or additions of size 80 to100 mm bore including bend and joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the road hard standing & making good surface with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate & removing to a distance n.exc 50mtr all as specified.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable sluice valve from existing position and supply and fixing,jointing,testing of CI sluice valve 80 mm dia class PN 1.6 with iron wheel and GM spindle, flanged end incl rubber joint, nut, bolt, washer, packing fiber gasket on both end etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make: Ramco/Kirloskar/Leader.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable Non return sluice valve from existing position and supply and fixing ,jointing, testing of 80 mm dia Non return sluice valve class PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bib taps cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule of size 15 mm with all fittings (such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, checknuts, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) laid intrenchs, connecting in new or old position,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10.00 here in before but size 20 mm

S&F in repair stop/gate valves cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union of size 32 mm with all fittings (such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, checknuts, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) laid in trenchs, connecting in new or old position, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12.00 here in before but size 40 mm

Disconnecting and taking out defective booster/centrifugal pump of 60 HP capacity 3 Phase,415 volts, AC supply of Kirloskar brother make for carrying out repair/ servicing /overhauling mechanically and cleaning,oiling/greasing, fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, i.e bearing bush, gland rope, impeller, shaft, nuts and bolts etc welding/earth work, any trasportation to workshop if required, repair to bearing housing with metling and turning and fixing the same in position and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts if required shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A` as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced/repaired is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates.

Supply only Impeller Size CI/234 Make kirloskar.

Supply only Bearing as required size of 60/12 and 60/9.Make NBC,

Supply only nut/bolt/bush set as required size

Supply only of cashing wear ring CI type/inter stage ring CI type /lantern ring nylon type and gland rope set as required size

Taking out & removing old burnt out windings of the submersible electric motors of 7.5 HP, Three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply capacity incl pump and rewinding of submersible electric motors with existing size PVC insulated, copper conductor wire including cleaning the slots with carbon- tetra-chloride solution before rewinding ,transportation to site, lowering down of the submersible pump set of any description and any capacity & in any position, in well alongwith column pipe of 50 mm dia and submersible cable of any size (approximately 25 feet depth of pump set from GL) including making necessary electric connections & testing the pump set after lowering, replacement of unserviceable parts if required, fixing charges of the parts replaced/repaired is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. complete all as specified and directed

NOTES :- 1. Contractor shall take proper precautions while lowering pump set in well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. All necessary T&P and equipments required for lowering of pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 2. Rates quoted by the contractor for the above item includes the cost of assembling & connecting pump set to column pipes & assembling, jointing and fixing column pipes with MS internally threaded flange welded with column pipe by using 04 Nos 20x3mm MS strips and thereafter jointed with rubber gasket joints and nuts, bolts / pump set at the end / submersible cable and making necessary connections and testing including reconnecting water supply system. The required materials like column pipe /flanges with rubber gasket joints/ submersible cable/ repaired pump sets etc shall be met out with old retrieved materials and additional quantity of column pipe, flanges with rubber gasket joints , submersible cable & straight through joint of cable shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule as “Supply only”, but the rate for its fixing shall be deemed to be included under this item.

Disconnecting and taking out defective submersible pump with electric motors of 17.5 HP, Three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply capacity and pump for carrying out repair/ servicing /overhauling mechanically and cleaning,oiling/greasing, fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts lowering down of the submersible pump set of any description and any capacity & in any position, in well alongwith column pipe 80 mm dia and submersible cable of any size (approximately 25 feet depth of pump set from GL) including making necessary electric connections & testing the pump set after lowering, replacement of unserviceable parts if required, fixing charges of the parts replaced/repaired is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. complete all as specified and directed

Supply only nut/bolt/bush/clamps/stop ring etc. as required size

Supply only diffuser as required size for submersible pump

Supply only 4 Sqmm, 3 Core, flat submersible Cable, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed with multi-stranded copper conductors, conforming to IS : 694- 1990 of 1100 Volt grade, dismantled/fixed under Sch ‘A’ item No. 28 and 30 here in above complete all as specified and directed

Taking out existing defective DOL starter supply & fix new DOL starter AC 3 phase 415v 50Hz (MK 2 DOL) incl replacement of nut and bolt etc. all as directed. Make- L&T Cat No CS90947 and equvalent.

Taking out existing defective fully automatic star delta starter supply & fix new star delta starter AC 3 phase 415v 50Hz (MN 16 FASD) incl replacement of nut and bolt etc. all as directed. Make- L&T Cat No SS94362 and equvalent.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
