Dismentling of existing aluminium frame with glass at controller hut and depositing the serviceable material to the store complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 8mm thick toughened and tinted glass having sound proof and clear vision, the joints of glass and frame will be fill with silicon sealant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 5.5 mm sheet glass glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sqm in each pane, solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters without taking off shutters from frames exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm.

Supply and fix Brass mortice lock to aluminium door, lock with 4 lever including fixing arrangerment complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Floor door stopper 140 mm overall length of cover plate of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for floor spring double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum alloy sheet foundation Box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wallsetc including raking out joints, hacking fpr keys scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:6) on brick/ concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for prepration of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) on brick/concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including water proofing compound @2% weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance , dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43litre/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound confirming to IS-2645-1975, Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing tarfelt including tiles, lime concrete & screed bed complete from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m incl roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane, and water proofing compound @ 3% finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A'). complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove febric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Material and labour screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor tiles with (CM 1:6)

Supply and fix Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match.

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white including pedestal pan and trap, connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisiphonage pipe, Seat cover, flush pipe and fixing bolt etc (excluding flushing cistern complete all as specified and as directed.
