S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating AZ-150 GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour (ISI Marked) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 2nd class soft wood boarding 20 mm thick planed one side, rebeted or fixed with screw, fixed to timber frame work with nails complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F in repairs E-boards, ceiling, 4 mm thick with J framed work with main Tee of size 24 x 28.5 mm made out of PGI sheet .3 mm thick double at web and single at flange, flange coverd with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick and wall angle 24 x 24 x .45 mm powder coated for ceiling , ceiling boards 60cm x 60cm x 4mm thick , suspended with GI wire 2mm dia and 2m average length with adjustable hanging device complete including plugging in brick/stone walls with steel rawl plug @ 600 mm C/C Ceiling board shall be pressed to the ceiling tee with staple clips at all four sides and making good all the disturbed portion complete all as spd & directed by GE/Eng-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material,outside cantt area distance not exceeding 1.5 KM. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for Rendering 5 mm thick CM 1:3 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling /chajja's finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of wall and applying two coat of Anti -fungel acrylic emulsion paint Make-Berger (wall masta),or equavlent in Asain or nerolac including one coat of primer complete all as specified by manufacturer and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for preparation of new surface of wall and applying two coat of Acrylic Emulsion Paint over a coat of primer after applying wall care putty as per manufacturer instructions including preparation of surface , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatments by mechanised method from wall by scraping and filling the damage portion with wall putty or cement mortar as required at site and applying two coat of Acrylic Emulsion Paint over a coat of primer after applying wall care putty as per manufacturer instructions including preparation of surface , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality after removal of existing treatment from old surface with help of thiner or other removing chemical materilas complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 300x300x 7 to 8mm thick:- Non-Skid light coloured ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm and not exc. 0.11 Sqm, in floor etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles. Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622.2006, Group B II with average water absorption between 3% to 6%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.10% (Max deviation). Thickness + 5.0% (Max deviation). Centre & Edge curvature and warpage + 0.50% (Max deviation). Breaking strength 1000 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 including dismantling of existing old tile. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE(I)

Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation). Straightness of sides and Rectangularity +0.15% (Max Deviation). surface flatness + 0.22% (Max deviation). Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. including 10 mm thick in cm (1:4) backing coat and including dismantling of old tiling and removing old unserviceable materials from the distance not exceeding 1.5 Km complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair stop valve cast copper alloy screwed down high presure screwed both end for iron pipe 15 mm dia fancy type cromium plated (ISI Marked). complete all as specified and directed. Make JaquarEssco Cat Par No -MQT-526KN or equvalent in Part No. 12260 (Gem), F110004 (Hindware) Note- Chromium plated fitting shall be brought in store yard first as approved by GE/AGE(I) and will be issued subsequently for fixing at site .

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm internal dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm bore Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified SGSW drain pipes laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed of drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.
