Survey:Conducting route survey under the scope of AMRUT 2.0 Tezpur Water Supply Scheme as per drawings/ maps attached in the Bid Documents. The survey includes along the road, fixing up alignment, taking levels at every 50 m intervals , and at each crossing & junction of road, change of alignment by qualified surveyors and with modern equipment viz. GPS, Total Station / DGPS and preparation of drawing in Auto CAD and GIS format as per instruction of Engineer - in - Charge showing the alignment of road, route of pipeline, location of Head Works & other Tube Well sites, important land marks in both side of the roads, habitation by hatch mark and submission of 6 (Six) copies of drawing (Hard Copy) as well as soft copy in (CD or DVD) with geo reference of all landmarks, important road crossings, head Works, Conducting Household survey of proposed areas under the scope of AMRUT 2.0 for finalizing house survey connections avoiding duplicity of Household Connection of Water Supply already provided by schemes other than AMRUT 2.0As built drawing & other related sites of proposed areas as directed.
Hydraulic Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specificationsing and modelling of proposed water supply main lines, distribution system, and structural Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications of components (if any) included in proposed water supply system completely in all respect. Any changes as required after re-Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specificationsing (if needed) the system shall be informed to the Engineer-in-Charge and after approval shall be executed. Entire project area as directed.
Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications, Supply, delivery, Stacking, laying, road cut / railway crossing/ nalla/ drain/ culvert crossing, jointing and hydro-testing for distribution pipe network of Ductile Iron (DI) Pipes of Class K7, and P 1.6 rating, IS marked conforming to IS 8329:2000 Centrifugally Cast (SPUN) Pressure Pipes for water with Socket, Spigot ends and tyton joints in standard working lengths of 5.5 & 6m for classification K-7 as per details given below suitable for Push- on Joint (EPDM Rubber Gasket Jointing) with cement mortar lining inside the pipes as per Annexure-“B” of IS 8329:2000 and Zinc Coating with a finishing layer of Epoxy Resin (Blue Epoxy) on external surfaces as per Annexure-“A” of IS 8329:2000, Third Party Inspection (Pre & Post) as per Technical Specifications and direction of Engineer including all labour, material, equipment all lead and lift all work complete including earth work, back filling & road restoration as per existing condition including GSB, WBM/WMM, ICBP/BM/BT/Premix Carpet/CC and the RCC/PCC Thrust blocks wherever necessary, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Operation and Maintenance for 5 Years: From completion of Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications and build period to the end of operation and maintenance period: This item includes but not limited to (as per Section – 6) Operation, maintenance, APDCL charges for Power Consumption, repairing of pipeline leakages, road restoration for the repairing works, painting of civil or non-civil structures (if any), retrofitting works of the civil structure wherever necessary and management of Water Treatment plants pumps and motors, pumping stations, Barge at Intake including, mechanical, electrical panels, necessary accessories and systems, it also includes activities for maintenance of campus development, administrative building, laboratory, horticulture, etc. and all works related to plant operation as per scope of work and specification and performance indicator and other relevant works (if any)meter reading, billing of water supply system through regular water supply in DMAs/Zones from service reservoirs to consumer water meter points as per specifications & employer's requirement including consumables, disposables, collecting bills, supply of chemicals, repairing of leakages in pipes, road restoration, periodical water testing cost, from date of commissioning up to completion of Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications build period as directed by Engineer In Charge.
