REPAIR/REPLACEMENT AND MAINT OF PUMPSETS, FIRE FIGHTING INSTALLATION AND CONNECTED WORK AT DEFENCE LAB JODHPUR

Disconnecting and taking out centrifugal pump with motor of capacity 60 HP of any make and model from the foundation & dismantling for overhauling and repair by replacing the pump bearing, bush, gland bush, coupling and impeller,etc re-assembling after replacement of unserviceable parts, connecting with the suction/discharge line with correct alignment and making the electric connection including testing complete and all as directed by Engineer-in-Chrage. Note: (i) Pump bearing, bush, gland bush, coupling and impeller etc will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.

Disconnecting and taking out Centrifugal /Monoblock pump with motor of capacity 20 HP. of any make and model from the foundation & dismantling for overhauling and repair by replacing the pump bearing, bush, gland bush, coupling and impeller,pumpshaft etc re-assembling after replacement of unserviceable parts, connecting with the suction/discharge line with correct alignment and making the electric connection including testing complete and all as directed by Engineer-in-Chrage. Note: (i) Pump bearing, bush, gland bush, coupling and impeller etc will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.

Disconnecting and taking out Monoblock pump with motor of capacity 10 HP. of any make and model from the foundation & dismantling for overhauling and repair by replacing the pump bearing, bush, gland bush, coupling and impeller,pumpshaft etc re-assembling after replacement of unserviceable parts, connecting with the suction/discharge line with correct alignment and making the electric connection including testing complete and all as directed by Engineer-in-Chrage. Note for item No 1 to 3: (i) Pump bearing, bush, gland bush, coupling and impeller rewinding wk etc will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule. (ii) Transporting from wk place to wksp & wksp to wk place shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Disconnecting and taking out pump with motor of capacity 03 HP. of any make and model from the foundation & dismantling for overhauling and repair by replacing rewinding ,the pump bearing, bush, gland bush, coupling and impeller,pumpshaft etc re-assembling after replacement of unserviceable parts, connecting with the suction/discharge line with correct alignment and making the electric connection including testing complete and all as directed by Engineer-in-Chrage. Note :The cost of rewinding, Pump bearing, bush, gland bush, coupling and impeller are included in this item no seprate payement shall be made for supplying these items.

M & L for renewal of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level, connected to Galvanised earth lead wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in the electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR part –I connected to all earth test point all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm bore light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation, earth work in any type of starta, PCC pit with RCC pit with M 25 (Design mix) cover,char coal,salt,funnel etccomplete. Note:-Rate quoted by the tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions:-(i) Excavation & eart work in any type of starta including removing of surplus material upto 100M (ii)PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggergate in pit& 40 mm thick precast RCC,M-25 design mix concrete cover 50x50 cm with 8mm round bar@15 cm C/C both ways.(iii) Main earth wire 4mm dia from earth eletrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.(iv)Funnel with watering pipe(GI pipe) 20mm bore(ISI marked)medium grade & copper lugs and charcoal & salt as reqd.(v) GI protection pipe of size 15 mm bore light grade upto 7.5m

Ditto, as per item No 5 as above but using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of centrifugal pump set of upto 60 HP capacity by scraping ,rubbing and removing of dirt/dust oil spot and making surface smooth ready for painting and applying one coat synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement Star Delta starter complete unit suitable for 10 HP motor including single phase preventer and connected accessaries complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Star Delta starter complete unit suitable for 20 HP motor including single phase preventer and connected accessaries as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
