Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material beyond the permanent land of canal, as per directed by Engineer-in- Charge with proper completion of the work.

Excavation in Soil (for removing Surplus Soil from outer Side of the Road) using Hydraulic Excavator and dispose outer slope of the canal as per directed by Engineer-in- Charge with proper completion of the work.

Construction of gravel/soil-aggregate base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specifications Clause 402.as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80- 100KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to required density complete work.(WBM Grading-2) per Technical Specifications Clause 405. as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 (with 22.4 - 53 mm size st. ballast) as per Technical Specification Clause 405 as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work.

Brick edging on both sides of the road of first class 8 cm (3") wide and 12 cm. 41/2 deep laide with mud mortar including labour and supply of. Bricks finished to requied template andproper alligment and icluding dressimg and ramming the excuted earth as per directed by Engineer-in- Charge with proper completion of the work.

Brick soling with brick laid on edge straight over burnt dry bricks including prepration of sub-grade and filling joints with local Sand, including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as per directed by Engineer-in- Charge with proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS0-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502, as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. as per directed by Engineer-in- Charge with proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades. as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade. as per directed by Engineer-in- Charge with proper completion of the work.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compund with Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and Laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick reflectonsing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and from streaks and holes. as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge with proper completion of the work.

Providing and Fixing of typical Irrigation canal informatory sign board size (0.60x0.90) on MS plate of 1.60 mm thickness duly welded with MS flat iron 35mmx 5mm size on bock on edges. With MS angle iron frome of 35x35x5 mm enbedded in cement concrete M-15 grade block of 300x300x600 mm below ground level. lettering and printing logo etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved qualitiy in required shade and colour all skeltons of framed post and plate will be painted with primer and two coats expoxypaint including supply of material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.
