RFQ ITEM NO.00010 AMC for System-1 optimization & MDS

SOR ITEM '00010: MDS Audit: The MDS engineer shall visit site quarterly, 5 days/visit. Diagnostic report suggesting health of the units or any proactive maintenance requirements shall be issued after every site visit. The visit shall include optimization of System-1 data, tuning of alarm set points, tuning the System-1 for effective vibration monitoring and need based refresher training. The unit "EA" stands for per visit charge of engineer for 8 hours of work per day.

SOR ITEM '00020: System Audit: The system engineer shall visit bi-annually, 5 days/visit. All issues related to VMS hardware & Software shall be troubleshooted during this visit along with need based refresher training. Site activity and recommendations shall be submitted in brief site visit report. The unit "EA" stands for per visit charge of engineer for 8 hours of work per day.

SOR ITEM '00030: Emergency Visit (normal working days) charges On-call site visit for Machinery Diagnostics using ADRE as per emergency requirement including services like data collection using ADRE, system-1 analysis, or any other out-of-turn emergency visits like during unit start ups or for problem troubleshooting. The unit 'EA' stands for per day visit charge of engineer for work 8 hours (8.30AM to 5.30 PM, with one hour lunch recess) of work during normal working days (monday to friday).

SOR ITEM '00040: Emergency Visit (saturdays, sundays and holidays) charges On-call site visit for Machinery Diagnostics using ADRE as per emergency requirement including services like data collection using ADRE, system-1 analysis, or any other out-of-turn emergency visits like during unit start ups or for problem troubleshooting. The unit 'EA' stands for per day visit charge of engineer for work 8 hours (8.30AM to 5.30 PM, with one hour lunch recess) of work during saturdays, sundays and holidays (holidays as per Gujarat Refinery list of holidays).

SOR ITEM '00050: Monitoring equipment (like ADRE), travel charges, lodging and boarding charges per emergency visit. On-call site visit for Machinery Diagnostics using ADRE as per emergency requirement including services like data collection using ADRE, system-1 analysis, or any other out-of-turn emergency visits like during unit start ups or for problem troubleshooting. The unit 'EA' stands for per emergency visit. The rate against this item will be for the above mentioned heads for one emergency visit.

SOR ITEM '00060: Over-time (OT) rate of MDS Engineer: This rate for work beyond normal working hours (8.30AM to 5.30PM) for one MDS engineer. This rate shall also be used for work on satudays, sundays and national holidays (holidays as per Gujarat Refinery list of holidays). The unit HR stands for one hour of OT charge per MDS engineer.

SOR ITEM '00070: Over-time (OT) rate of Systems Engineer: This rate for work beyond normal working hours (8.30AM to 5.30PM) for one systems engineer. This rate shall also be used for work on saturdays, sundays and holidays (holidays as per Gujarat Refinery list of holidays). The unit HR stands for one hour of OT charge per systems engineer.

SOR ITEM '00080: 1 EA = 5 days MDS training with certification for 1 person as per following terms & conditions: a. Contractor has to provide MDS training with certification of System-I (Latest Software) at their works. c. Training and certification must be as per applicable ISO latest standards. d. Vendor has to submit the training calendar and to inform minimum 45 days in advance for the training; accordingly IOCL will send their employees for the same. e. IOCL may send the employees for training & certification in piecemeal. f. Refreshment and fooding has to be provided by the vendor during training period.
