Disconnecting of all motor leads, dismantling of motor, taking out the rotor from the stator, and complete disassembly as per requirement of job.
Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of pump using appropriate means of transport like Tata Mobile upto a lead of 24 Km per trip.
Complete rewinding of 3-phase 1450 RPM 50HP Horizontal motor by standard specific gauge of copper wire required for 50HP motor. Approximate wt 26kgs.
Providing and fitting of insulating material viz., insulating paper, tapping , connecting wires complete.
Assembling of all motor parts, coupling and alignment with pump, reconnecting of leads and testing on full load.
Deduct cost of old scrap extracted from the equipment.( 80% or as per actual).
