Shifting and ITC of 4 no 7tr pkg ac Vastrapur

Dismantling, shifting and installation of 7 TR HPAC indoor units from AC plant room to Msc Switch room adjacent to AC plant of Msc at TE Vastrapur.

Testing for leakages in the copper tubes joints of the condenser using dry nitrogen gas, brazing of leaking joints and repeat pressure testing and holding the pressure in the PAC unit condenser coil complete as required.

R407c refrigerant gas charging in each of the PAC units including vaccumising the units complete as required.

Dismantling and fixing of the following size 18 guage (1.2mm) copper refergerant pipeing on the MS perforated tray etc complete as required i/c S/F of MS perforated tray of 1.6mm thick along with horizontal and vertival bends reducers, tees, cross members, other accessories duly suspended from te ceiling with MS suspenders / on wall i/c painting etc complete as required. a) Hot gas line [ size 1-1/8"] single run

b) Liquid gas line [ size 7/8"] single run

Supplying and Fixing of following size PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor armoured cable on the existing MS perforated tray / wall (With saddles) etc as required. ;- (a) 3 x 2.5 Sq. mm

(b) 4 X 10 Sq mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required :- (a) 4 X 10 sq. mm (25mm)

Factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting of following sheet thickness :-- (a) Thickness 0.63 mm sheet

Powder coated extruded aluminium Supply Air Grills with aluminium volume control dampers

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and laying 50mm dia GI light class pipe with all accessories required for drain of water etc complete as required.

Closing of return air path in switch room using particle board sheets i/c removing existing return air grills, cutting to the size of opening and fixing complete as reqd
