Note:- (i) All items in BOQ are for "Materials and labour / Supply and fix" and to be executed in "Repairs unless otherwise specifically mentioned as "Supply only" or Fixing only" in BOQ Bidders are required to quote their rates accordingly. B/R ITEMS Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum , getting out, in anytype of soil ,returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm ,watering ramering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm gradede stone aggregrate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete as in post hole and all as specified and directed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St- 240 including one coat of anti rust rubber coat including preparation of surface before, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee angle, channel of flat section) including distance ieces, cleats etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F plates (plain or / chequered) channels square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes with riveted bolted or welding attachement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm in width, priming with red oxide and applied two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exc 50 meter and deposing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 meter above the starting point, complete all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L hard core of guage not exc 63mm (using broken stone or boulder) deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non- skid Ceramic (coloured) parking tiles Matte finish (Premium quality) 8-10 mm thick size 400x400mm (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, over and including floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Kajaria/ Somany/ Johnson as approved by GE.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 ( using 20mm graged crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

E/M WORKS S&F steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 meter long) complete with CI base plate and finial including foundation and coping including bracket for street light fitting 1.2 Meter and junction box for incoming and outgoing connection through bus bar/ MCBs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F LED street light fitting 70/75 Watt IP 65, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Philips/ Bajaj/ Crompton

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 25 sqmm 4 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I), suitable for earthed system, laid in duct/trench/along pole/wall etc including nuts, bolts, washers, saddles & screws etc., and making connection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x60cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) wih top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in elevtrical plate no. 3 connected to Earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Rates are deemed to be included for necessry earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover etc., complete. (ii) Earth lead shall be up to 7.5 Mtr and rates are deemed to be included for GI pipe 15mm Light grade upto 7.5 mtrs for protection of earth wire 4.0 mm dia.

Excavating in trenches in hard/dense soil, not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exc. 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI steel tubing 50mm bore, light grade, for protection of cable, laid in trenches/road crossing/floor or fixed to pole/wall with all fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for returning, filling in trenches with excavated soil, including spreading, levelling watering and well remaining in la ers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable using river sand and gently punning or cushioning ot cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&L Jodhpur stone cable quarry faced PCC slab cover 40 to 50 mm thick, 25cm to 30 cm long laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over under ground cables for protection, complete all as specified and as directed.
