Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of vertical down flow type multi grade sand filter capable of filtering 110 cum/hour of water at prescribed filteration rate of 16.7 cum/sq.m/hr. The filter shall comprise of MS pressure vessel with epoxy coated in 6 mm thickness of shell & 8 mm thickness of disc end, completed with pedestal, access cover, Filter media, Frontal piping, valve, pressure gauge etc.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of vertical down flow type Activated Carbon filter capable of filtering 110 cum/hour of water at prescribed filteration rate of 16.7 cum/sq.m/hr. The filter shall comprise of MS pressure vessel with epoxy coated in 6 mm thickness of shell & 8 mm thickness of disc end, completed with pedestal, access cover, carbon media, supporting media, frontal piping, valve pressure gauge etc.

Air Blower for Scouring Twin-type blower of capacity suitable for 250 m3/day at the pressure of 0.4 kg/cm2 with necessary piping & valves.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Chlorine dosing system consisting of one HDPE tank of 200 litresf capacity with a positive displacement diphrag dosing pump having variable flow rate of 0-10 lph. The motor shall be suitable for operation at 240 V/Single Phase/50 Hz. supply. The pump shall be supplied complete with necessary polypropylene piping, valves, strainers, low level switch and injection fittings. Make: Edose/Equiv.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Non Clogging Type Submersible Pumps complete with all accessories, motor of required capacity. Delivery header with isolation valve, level switches to control the level of sump automatically. Pumps shall have following duty: Capacity 110 m3/hr, @ 8-10 m head for transfer of raw water from reservoirs to UGSR Tank.

Providing and fixing all piping and isolation control butterfly valves, NRV for making the system complete.

Providing and fixing all instrumentation eg. Pressure Gauges, Float Switches, Water Meters etc. for making the system complete.

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering).

Cold twisted deformed (Ribbed/Tor Steel) Brs (Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-2008) for RCC works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and binding placing in position complete.
