Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level),complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Dismantling bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as directed.

Removing mortar from and cleaning bricks,stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish for brickwork built in cement or cement lime mortar,complete all as directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type B-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate,in foundations, filling and mass concrete including demolition of existing cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate, in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match including demolition of existing reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in landings,cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces,all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately.

Materials and Labour Extra for forming fair finishing to surfaces channels/ drain 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct from serial item No 10 here in before for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm for forming fair finished drain or channel in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered /stopped ends etc. complete.

Materials and Labour for brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4),complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregates,as in as in floor/path including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed.

Desilting of existing drain or channel by taking out deposited mud, silt, waste etc. form bed, including removing mud, silt, waste etc. to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing fine aggregates (sand) to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres from front side of range and deposit and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point for reuse including stacking in stakes of trapezoidal shape for measurement complete all as directed.

Labour Only,for mixing of saw dust with fine sand (Both old sand and new supplied sand both to be used ) and spreading in range in layers as per existing gradient,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Stacking,sand bags with sand packed in High Density Polyethelene (HDPE)/Polypropylene(PP) woven sacks of size 95-105 cm (H) x 61 cm (W) [Sacks used for packaging of 50 Kgs cement (OPC/PPC)],containing not less than 30 Kilograms of sand in each bag,complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- (i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of royalty for sand. (ii) The opening of HDPE/PP bags shall be duly stiched using suitable nylon thread after filling in of sand.
