Dismantling old barbed wire fixed to posts and making coils etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in posts holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cubic metre, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and good surface in soft/loose soil,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, fillings and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild Steel angle iron 75 x 75 x 6 mm or other flat or round sections as required for posts or struts in fencing including cutting at top and bottom to shape as directed, including welding the cut portion at top, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. mild steel round bar 6 mm dia nibs, connecting struts to posts with 2 Nos. mild steel bolts 50 mm long 10 mm dia and washers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Galvanised zinc coated conforming to IS 4826 (Hot dip) 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and starining fixing to any type security or tying at existing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staplus or steel pin& etc Complete all as specified and directed by Engir-in-Charge.(Each line of wire to be measured)

Fixing and straining only (Galvanised two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing) to any type of standard rails including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified. (Each line of wire to be measured. Old wire retrieved under Item No 01 will be used under this item).

S&F Barbed razor type concertain coil fixed on existing angle post and barbed wire over security wall with coil of 8 to 10 turns per coil of minimum weight of coil 14.50 Kg ,hot dip galvanised and binding with and including MS annelled wire of 0.60 mm fixed in repair ,complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new or previously untreated steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete type C2 ( 1:3:6) 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness size or shape incl pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S/F Framed work of rolled mild steel conforming to Fe-290 (GdeE165) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering; doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting, running rails & guides) and hanging, fastening & fixing complete.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete.

Taking down & Refixing steel gate of any design or section & Rrefixing in the same opening after minor Addition & Alteration with and incl repair and providing heavy duty one bush hinges and two pintal hinges (box type heavy duty) with nut and bolt arragement and making necessasry hold fast arrangement in pillar and floor in One/two leaf whereever required complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated,semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S/F Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting, 2mm thick, with two corrugation side lap fixed with with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing old painted steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered / Brick surfaces of by rubbing down and applying one coat of exterior grade acrylic emulsion alkali proof ( Ist quality) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish out MoD land Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 40 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors/hard standing, etc, laid in approved size panels, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in floors and paving, 100mm thick, laid in panels and finished even & smooth using extra cement and Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal on concrete surfaces whilst it is green complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in floors and paving, 75mm thick, laid in panels and finished even & smooth using extra cement and Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal on concrete surfaces whilst it is green complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour, coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300mmx300mmx25mm thick, factory made, ISI marked (IS 13801-1993), with grey cement & pigment, laid with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm over 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), pointed in white cement and matching colour pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS : 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment (in top layer), coloured, laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate includes supply and spreading of sand.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stones including necessary forms & moulds and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out silt, gravel bounders, vegetation grass from complete chocked and blocked and fully filled up Nallah/ Culvert with revoming the silt rubbish to distance exc 150m but n.exc. 500m omplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains complete.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surface including hacking for key scrabbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cills, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates, bond stones, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 200mm dia Bore of pipe with one collar per length of pipe Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using graded crushed stone aggragate) bed for drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the pipes of sides after they are laid and tested for 200 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Cleaning of underground sewage lines of 100 mm /150 mm/ 200 mm bore from solid/ liquid/ mud deposited in these lines manually by rodding with sewage drainage rods through connecting manholes and removing sludge to a distance not exceeding 500 metres from outside periphery of defence land including cleaning sludge/ solid deposited from the ends as well as from intermediate manholes coming between these lines taking off & refixing of manhole covers, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Material & Labour for Cleaning of underground sewage lines of 100 to 200 mm bore by necessary excavation and breaking (minimum two length) and removing the blockage pipe, laying new pipes, re-jointing with old pipes including haunching the new pipes with PCC (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40 mm graded aggregate in all situations where cleaning is not possible complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Material & Labour for Cleaning, desilting of septic tank/ manholes from solid/ liquid, mud and removing sludge to a distance not exceeding 500 metres from the outside periphery of defence land complete, including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge with pump arrangements all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge. Note: Only solid contents shall be measured for payment.

Material & Labour for Removing blockage from water closet (Indian or European type) by removing solid/ liquid or mud deposited in the trap or CI pipe line by rodding manually and removing the sludge (duly covered in a hygienic manner) to a distance exceeding 150 metre but not exceeding 250 metre and making the WC fully functional, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

All as per Serial item No. 48 here-in-before but from floor/ nahani trap of kitchen/ bath room, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Cleaning & clearing of solid/liquid mud /any type of solid content including mud, brick bats, empty containers of any type, polythene or any similar items deposited in underground sewage lines 100 to 600 mm bore entire area in domestic and tech area under Barwala AF Stn and any depth upto 8 mtrs including manholes / inspection chambers of any size and any depth, using super suction machine truck mounted having suction capacity 1000 to 4000 cum/hrs, jetting pump with working pressure at least 120 bar having facilities of high pressure water thermoplastic fiber braided water jetting hose and through conical / round shape nozzle pipe, bottom surface of manholes /inspection chambers & sewage lines should be visible after cleaning process. Sludge/sludge water/any type of waste recovered fro, sewage lines/manholes/inspection chambers shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside Ministry of defence land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note (i) Lines one cleared will be maintained through out the period of the contract. If there is any blockage during the period of the contact, the same will be cleared without any extra cost by the contractor. (ii) in case of any blockage is observed/found in any cleared line through super suction machine during the time period of contract and it becomes necessary to clear the sewage line with machine, the same shall be cleared through machine by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. The line shall be cleared by the contractor within 48 hrs after intimation to the contractor. The rate quoted by the contractor against the item shall be deemed to be inclusive of clearance of lines twice or more time as required during the period of contract.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position as in cover slab etc., including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete (reinforcement to be measured separately)

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending etc., and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

S&F Mild Steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending etc., and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Taking out and removing of old man hole covers & frames of any type including refixing the same after raising man holes 23 cm thick brick work of 3 brick wall of size 80cmX80 cm to 110X110 cm outer in CM 1:4 and plaster the same all around in CM 1:4 and fixing the old manhole cover or fixing new cover, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge. Note: New cover will be measured and paid for separately.

Taking out and removing of old gully trap covers & frames of any type including refixing the same after raising GT 23 cm thick brick work of 1 to 2 brick wall of size 60cmX60 cm to 80cmX80 cm outer in CM 1:4 and plaster the same all around in CM 1:4 and fixing the old manhole cover or fixing new cover, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge. Note: new cover will be measured and paid for separately.

Cleaning of underground storm water road gully chamber by removing MS or PCC road gully cover or both by dismantling PCC copping removal of silt, vegetation grass roots etc complete from gully trap and from the mouth of in and outlet pipe for ensuring free flow of storm water and refixing the same or new PCC/MS cover or both as per original provision or as directed by Eng-in-Charge and fixing with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 copping and cleaning the surrounding 1 mtr all around and removal of debries and silt etc to a distance100 to 250 mtr away the road side complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Note for all above items:- (a) Cost of excavation and earth work for pits for burrying the waste/sludge etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost. (c) All types of equipments and safety kit required for working in foul condition shall be provided by the contractor to his workmen. The Engineer-in-Charge shall verify these aspects during currency of work. All precautions/safety measures shall be kept in mind during execution of work. Contractor's quoted rates shall be deemed to include for the same and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 17500.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 112 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender
