SPLITING OF 132 KV MAIN BUS AND BUS COUPLER BAY AT 132 KV SS BILASPUR UNDER ETD RAMPUR

The following works are to be carried out at 132KV S/S Bilaspur under ETD- Rampur.

Erection of Main & Auxiliary structure as per drawing of nuts & bolts with proper alignment including shifting of structure from store to site.

Stringing of following length 132 KV Transfer Jack/Main Bus Bar of Panther conductor including fixing of tension fitting hoisting of disc insulator& cutting of conductor as per requirement.

Dismantling of Bus Bar Cutting, Bending & jointing of Panther conductor along with fixing of tension fitting hoisting of disc insulator& cutting of conductor as per requirement.

Stringing of following length 132 KV Upper Bus Bar of Panther conductor including fixing of tension fitting hoisting of disc insulator& cutting of conductor as per requirement.

Complete interconnection of 132 KV Transfer Bus and Bus coupler Bay with ACSR panther conductor consisting of all the Transfer Bus and Bus coupler Bay equipment & bus bar including cutting, bending of associated works to complete the job satisfactorily as per drawing and technical specifications.

Fixing of 132 KV section Isolator capacity 2000Amp. At 132 KV main bus for splitting and dividing the 132 KV main bus in two section by opening the existing jumpers between two sections of 132 KV main bus at that place where fixing the section isolator. Completing the work by making and fixing the new jumpers between main bus and section isolator both section of main bus.

Erection of 145 KV SF-6 Breaker including shifting of material from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job.

Dismantling of 145 KV Tandem Isolator with its structure from old bay.

Erection of 145 KV Tandem Isolator with its structure in new bay.

Erection of 145 KV PT with its structure.

Jumpering work of 145 KV PT including other associated work.

Cutting straightening, bending, laying 700mm below in side ground and above ground the M.S. flat for earthing of all structure/equipment.

Supply of five Bolted type Single tension fitting for Panther conductor.

Four Bolted type P.G Clamp suitable for Zebra to Zebra conductor.

Three Bolted type P.G Clamp suitable for Panther to Panther conductor.

Supply of Isolator clamp for twin Zebra conductor.
