Annual maintenance of Irrigation colony at Badami for the year 2025-26

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value) as a prime contractor, at least one similar work costing not less than 50% of the amount put to tender i.e. 3.00 Lakhs during last 5 financial years (i.e., work executed during (i.e. during 2020-21 to 2024-25 will be considered). The work done certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the same circle / next higher officer. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving a weight age of 10% per annum, if the work is completed prior to the year 2025-26

Valid GST Registration Certificate and the specimen signature of Authorized person should be enclosed.

A copy of the valid KPWD Class IV and above Registration Certificate

Copy of Valid Employees Provident Fund Registration Certificate and with latest Paid challan.

Income Tax PAN card and Income Tax returns filed for the Financial year 2024-25 (Assessment year 2025-26)

Each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period, achieved in at least one financial year an average annual financial turn over of not less than the amount put to tender i.e. RS. 6.00 lakhs) i.e., from 2020-21 to 2024-25, All document/ certificates issued by a CA should have a UDIN generated through the ICAI Portal.Certificate without UDIN the documents uploaded will be considered and treated as invalid document.Duly updating the financial turnover at 10 percent per annum.

Assessed available tender capacity equal to (AxNx1.5- B) where A is equal to Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) (Updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.N is equal to Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited.B is equal to Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 06 months (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited) Note:The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be certified by Statutory Auditors of the Company or by the proprietor of the company through an affidavit.If the bidder / bidders have participated in more than one work, the available tender capacity will be assessed and number of works will be awarded as per his available bid capacity.
