Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kind of soil.
Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechnical transport of all lead & lift including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, side of foundation etc complete.
Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. And removal of form work for: Retaning walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attcahed pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs and step etc.

However no extra payment shall be made if excess cement is used as per design mix). All works upto plinth level. M-15 grade plain cement concrete cum (cement content considered @ 240kg/cum)

Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding & placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement.
