Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lift upto 1.50 meters stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters. clear from the edge of the excavation and then soil such as pick Work, jumper work, blasting hard or softs rock by chiselling where the blasting work is prohibited slushy daldal and saturated soil including within all heights, stacking the excavated soil within all leads clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen Centimetres) layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation consolidating each depossited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand :3graded stone aggrigate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

In walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10mm thickness) attached Pilasters, buttersses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and Lifts.

Suspended floors,roofs,landings.etc. upto floor two level complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden batterns and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like i/c attached pillasres buttresses,plinth & string courses and the like complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roof, landings etc complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Edges of slab and breaks in floor upto 200 mm thickness complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Mild steel /Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel) complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

White washing with lime on un-decorated wall surface one coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust and other foreign matter complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of MS Grating require size 1.50x1.50 mtr complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of MS ISMB 200 (Indian Standard Medium Weight Beam) complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing and installation of exhaust fan (Heavy duty) of require size in the existing opening, including making the hole to suit the size of the above fan, making good the damages, connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of anodised aluminium door (Size 2.10x1.20 mtr) including frame, shutters, prelaminated particle board and all require material complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of Non Clog submersible pumping set 1 HP of (KSB/ Kalama/ Kirloskar/ Johnson/ Cromption/ BS) make conforming to BIS code latest suitable for lifting Sewage water (latest with uptodate ammendments) fitted with bronze impellers/ suitable alloy directly coupled to squirrell case electric induction motor of same make as (manufacurer standard) conforming to BIS code (latest with upto date ammendments) and totally water proof for submersible duty, isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber, grease packed lubricated bearings & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand vertical loads with minimum wear & tear. The Pumping machinery include Automatic Control Pannel, as per requirement (DOL/Star Delta/ATS), Main MCB, Voltmeter, Amp meter, Power Capacitor, Control MCB, Supply & Motor Side Cable/NRV/ Sluice valve/ Common Header Job/Earthing and the all other required components requiremnt as per related IS code (latest edition & CPHEEO Mannual).

Providing, Laying, jointing and testing in trenches to be levelled to grade, centrifugal cement mortar lined ductile iron (spun) pressure pipes 150mm dia confirming to BIS 8923-2000 class K-7,suitable for tyton (push on joints) including bends of all degrees, tees, collars, tapers (if required) crosses, short pieces , tail pieces, plugs of required sizes i/c cutting pieces, chamfering where- ever required ( earth work in trenches and cost of joints to be measured and paid for separately ) including carriage with in all leads and lifts complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of S.S Screen Bar size 10x50mm complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.
