Supply and filling in renewal or in topping up engine oil SAE grade 15W-40 for DG Set of capacity 25 to 250 KVA as required. Make: Power oil or equivalent.

Supply and filling in renewal or in topping up engine oil SAE grade 20W-40 for DG Set of capacity 25 to 250 KVA as required. Make: Power oil or equivalent.

M&L for replacement of water coolent in radiator of DG Set TVS Girling/volvo line or equivelent make as approved.

Cleaning of the fuel tank of DG sets with kerosene oil after decaning the diesel of following capacities:-

Dismantling and removing of water pump assesmbly from the engine and repairing / overhauling the same by renewal of worn components like bearing, impeller, bushes, oil seal, water seal, gasket etc. reassembling, refixing and testing for any DG Set upto 250 KVA capacity complete.

Repair/overhauling of dynamo/charging alternator including replacement of carbon, brush holder, spring, commutator/slipring assembly bearing, regulator etc. of any make, any type and any capacity complete.

Supplying and fixing in repairs electrically operated fuel shut down valve assembly for any capacity DG set upto 250 KVA including testing and commissioning complete.

Servicing/repairing of AMF system built in with DG set of any capacity including cleaning resetting / adjustment of relays, calibration of time delay relays, checking and replacing u/s diodes, resistors etc as required.

M&L for servicing of alternator including cleaning of field and armature winding, varnishing and drying, decarbonisation & rubbing of slip ring assembly, checking and calibrating excitation system for alternators of 100/125/250 KVA complete.

Supplying and fixing in repairs oil pressure pipe suitable for DG Set of 25 KVA to 250 KVA capacity as required.

M&L for painting of incinerator cheminey of of height 27.0 m with two coats of aluminium paint using suitable tools and plants as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs/ general servicing of oil fired incinerator 25 kg/hour capacity including replacement of u/s temperature controller meter, ignition transformer, solenoid valve, coupling jointer nipple and hydraulic pressure pipe for satisfactory operation complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs PVC insulated ISI marked multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade 16 sqmm single core complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in repairs of electronic automatic phase sequence correctors, 3 Phase, 415 volts, working on principle of negative sequence voltage sensing, suitable for submersible / Centrifugal pump sets 40 HP to 50 HP including making additions & alternation required at site complying the following specifications:- (Make - Surya Electronics & Controls (SECO) cat ref no. RPC-50 or equivalent in AKASH or TELEMECHOL or any other equivalent make as approved by GE).

(a) Low and high voltage cut off 350 volts and 480 volts respectively.

(b) Single phasing unbalancing, low and high voltage protection within 3 to 5 seconds.

(c) Switch on/off time dealy approx 60 seconds to restore the healthy supply and suppression of transients.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning for Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR), Fluidised Aerobic Bio Reactor (FAB) synthectic media MOC PP virgin, Surface area 450 m2/m3.

General servicing of Gear box make installed at STP including adjustment of lobes and cover & replacement of gasket and following spares as per existing make :-

M&L for Gear oil of suitable grade for Kay blower as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking down of Transformer 200 KVA for rewinding/rectification of faults from its site with dismantling of cable/earthing connection of HT/LT side from its bushings carefully and shifting to factory loading on vehicle and lifting by crane /Hydra including re-install after completion of recetification complete all as directed.

M&L for rewinding of damaged/ burnt out HT / LT coil , serving and commissioning of step down transfomer at power of 200 KVA capacity 11000 / 433 volts, comprising the following works: Make : Rajasthan Transformer, S.No : 88663.

(a) Disconnecting carefully all electrical connection from HT/LT side of transformer after proper shut down.

(b) Removing the transformer core assembly by un-screwing the nuts, bolts, washers of top cover, draining out the existing burnt oil, removing the LT/HT bushings form shell/container etc and taking out the core gently with the help of neccessary tools and eqpt complete and all as directed.

(c) Dismantling and taking the burnt LT/HT coils from the core assembly and cleaning the other coils and core assembly with CTC solution including removing the deposited dirt /foreign meterials etc complete.

(d) Cleaning of the transformer body from inside, removing deposited dirt / sludge/ foreign particles etc from the buttom / body of the transformer and drying/ heating up the shell from inside before refilling of the transformer oil.

(e) Checking the leakage of transformer oil from tank joints, bushings, inlet /outlet valves ,breather etc, servicing by openning the transformer and disconnect the star and delta connection of HT and LT windings , testing the insulation resistance,cleaning and washing thoroughly core and windings of the transformer as directed by Engr-in- charge.

(f) Connecting of HT / LT/ Neutral connections to the bushings assy, fixing of tap change over incl tightening of nuts,bolts, washers of the core to reduce humming noise all as directed.

(g) Refilling the transformer oil in the shell of transformer heating up oil upto 105 degree C to achive reqd dielectric strength and submitting the test result on proper proforma duly signed. Toping up of transformer oil will be measured and paid seperately.

(h) Refixing the top cover incl replacement of corck sheet/ gasket 8mm thick, tightening of nuts /bolts /washers etc and replacement of breather with silica gel crystal type all as directed by Engr-in charge

(j) M&L Cleaning / scrapping / brushing down and preparing the outer surface of the transformer body and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint approved colour for transformer upto 315 KVA capacity of any make all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge .

(k) Re-fixing the transformer in original place including connecting HT/LT/Neutral/Earthing connections etc and testing the transformer in normal peak load all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F LT bushings with gun metal threaded studs of suitable lengths including metal rings/nuts/bolts/ washers, rubber rings etc complete for Transformer 11/0.433 KV, capacity of 200 KVA af any make all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F HT bushings with gun metal threaded studs of suitable lengths including metal rings/nuts/bolts /washers, rubber rings etc complete for Transformer 11/0.433 KV, capacity of 200 KVA af any make all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
