M&L cleaning of blockage of WC indian or European type by removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto First manhole and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exc. 50 meters from the WC and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavation and earth work of pit complete all as specified and directed. (The quoted rates includes for keeping particular WC under taken once for cleaning, functional for full contract period)

M&L cleaning of blockage of bathroom/kitchen by cleaning the Nahani traps/gully traps of all the mud/sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of trap, CI waste pipes by opening the clearing eyes and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 meters from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earthwork of pit complete all as specified and directed. (The quoted rate includes fro keeping particular bathroom/kitchen undertaken once for cleaning functional for full contract period)

Removing the manholes covers (CI or RCC) any type of manholes rectangular/circular and de-sluding/de-watering of septic tank and soakage well of any size and depth by mechnical pumping by plugging inlet as required, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including carrying the effluent and re-instating the manholes cover to its original position dispositing of sludge obtained outside defence land as per Civil authoritites norms complete all as specified and directed. (The quoted rates includes for keeping the particular septic tank and soakage well undertaken once for de-sludging/de-watering fucntional for full contract period)

M&L cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 10mm/150mm/200mm internal dia at any depth including manholes by removing the manhole covers of any type/size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine manually as required at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes deposited in sewage line removing the solids and sludge to any distance and covering the same in pit, excavation, returning filling and removal includes in teh rate quoted and reinstating the manhole cover to its original position (cost of removal of sludge/liquid material from sewage lines and manholes in same line is incl. in rate of this item and rate quoted also includes for keeping particular sewage line which is undertaken once for cleaning, functional for full contract period) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old damaged SGSW pipes from existing lines including necessary excavation of old fitted in trenches, supply, laying and jointing of SGSW pipe type 'A' 150mm dia in length as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including testing complete, haunching against the sides of pipes in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 and returning, filling in disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m complete all as specified and directed. (incl date of work under fair condition)

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed..

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal mix), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in cills, coping, apex stone, bed plates and lintel upto 1.5m clear span etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

M&L for walling of random rubble, un-coursed, well bonded bedded & solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of serial item No 9 here-in-before but except stone. Note : Old stones obtained against demolition shall be used.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10 litre capacity PVC, low level, valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern, inlet ball valve, float valve, handle and fixing arrangement, 32 mm dia PVC flushing pipe and 15mm dia 450mm long PVC connection with CP brass coupling nuts and PVC washer at both ends (fixed in repair), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F salt-glazed stoneware (SGSW) gully traps, square or round mouthed, tvpe 'P' of size 150mmx 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of existing filling in sunken floor WC/EWC and repair to sunken floor with 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 of internal surface with WPC, than painting with bitumen 30/40 over a coat of bitumen primer, putting 150 micron polythene and testing to water tightness then filling with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and inserting 32mm bore 70 cm long GI water spout to the wall complete all as specified and directed. (Note: EWC & tiles shall be measured and paid separately)

Repair to local sunken/kitchen sink floor trap 75mm with 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 of internal surface with WPC, than painting with bitumen 30/40 over al coat of bitumen primer, putting 150 micron polythene and testing to water tightness then filling with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Tiles shall be measured and paid separately).
